Lynnie these are great! I like the fiddle bag. I visit folks in the nursing home & I can see some enjoying them. I did enjoy this, your talents are never ending. I wish I had material & a sewing machine still. It would take me awhile as my hands hurt but would be a good challenge. I'd like to make myself a bag for church. I carry so much as my missal, rosary, notebook, water, & sometimes put my purse along with it to have a hand free for my cane. You have wonderful ideas, thank you.
Thank you for watching and your lovely comments. I battle with pain but just change my crafting to suit, a little at a time. This could be done over time with pieces of clothing you no longer want and hand stitched. Saves the need for a machine. Of course I don't know the extent of your pain so it would depend on that. Sending kind thoughts 😊❤️
I love your bags! I would call each bag by its contents as you did. I’d love to make a “Quilting Pocket Bag” and a Crazy Quilt Pocket Bag”. Thank you for sharing your lovely work!
@@Iamlynie1 Have you tried making twiddle muffs? Our local charity groups make Twiddle lap blankets, and muffs and they are both very popular. Our local ambulance service carries them on board for when they are dealing with dementia patients. We also make trauma teddies for the ambulance crew to give to kids on board. Between those and the blankets for patients in the hospital and the local hospice, we are kept very busy. :) I make blankets only these days, because of my health, gotta keep things simple, but they give me something worthwhile to do while being housebound. :)
I think they look like a lot of fun Lyn 😊 activity pocket bags. Maybe you could make them for residents in a care home near you? Or a children's care centre? If you can't stop making things and don't know what to do with them 😁 or as another watcher mentioned, sell them. I love coming to see what you've been up to, busy as always, haha. I love that you don't always know what's going to be inside. it really tickles me 🍄🌈🤗 take care, keep warm ❤
@@kimtownsend838 thank you Kim for your comments and some good ideas for me/them. As for keeping warm 😁 I've just finished a hat and am now sat watching telly with it on 🤣🤣💕
@Iamlynie1 hehe you are funny Lyn, love your style always with a pinch of fun, we have a very frosty night here again, I may have to join you in hat wearing tv watching, new trend 😁🤣🍄🤗
I love all of your bags, and I’d love that you are writing out the Bible. That’s a great practice as well. I like the freedom to just create things knowing that you might put them into some thing later, but that the making is really the point. I’m learning that myself! ❤
This is absolute amazing. I am very very impressed and I wish I still sewed. Do you sell these at all? I probably can’t afford one but I would definitely try.
I would love to have these in quilts on my beds. Do you have videos on you made these? I love this so much I’ve already watched this 3 times. I would like to make this and pack it with my sewing things to take with me to work on in my sewing group .
@@Tilas8 thank you for watching and commenting ☺️ sorry, no broken down video on how to make these only the general gist of the making within this one. It's basically two pieces of material with some padding/wadding between them and little pouches /purses sewn to the inside. Happy sewing 😊❤️
They are fabulous and beautifully done!
Thank you kindly 😊❤️
These are such great ideas. Love the Bible bag you created.
Thank you, each bag has it's own identity, sort of different parts of me 😊❤️
These are spectacular! I love them!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments 😊❤️
Love, love, love. So creative. Love the addition of scripture.
Thank you, each bag represents a piece of me 😊❤️
New! Love this all but especially the art bag
Thank you, the art bag is so handy when out and about 😊❤️
