    Love your content Doc. Im also a first year graduate chiropractor practicing in Australia. Love your simple explanation and exercises that people can do at home with minimal equipment. I have quite a few patients with knee pain (meniscus tear, ACL tear, hip and ankle problem...). Would love to learn more from you re knee and hip issues. Cheers

    Hi and thank you for your videos! Have you seen this help those with tears in the glute med? I have partial thickness tears in the glute med & IT band at the iliac crest. Trying to avoid surgery.🤷‍♀️

      Are they older partial tears? Confirmed by MRI?

      @@OcraMedHealth diagnosed partial tears by MRI last August but I probably had them for at least a year before.
