Interesting, found your web site doing some resherch on sleep number bed. Then at the end the swing case tool box came up . Just the other day I was thinking about getting one for my truck to keep things from rolling around ing the bed. Then while watching the video I noticed your shirt, just happen to be wearing the same shirt today.
Reason for not installing over the bed rug is moisture getting trapped in between the two pieces of metal. You've now created a corrosion hotspot since it will take longer for it to evaporate.
Oh that is a great point, I think I will toss them in there. I used to keep them under the seat of my old truck but somehow never transferred them over.
I think that might be vehicle specific. I’m researching these for my ‘22 Frontier, and the rear of the case is in front of the tie down on my particular truck.
Hey Dan, Still watching even though you went to the Dark Side :) Anything you want to get rid of PB specific I can take off your hands (including the compressor) for mine?
I installed these a year ago and the plastic brackets for the pull latches broke on both sides. Take it I had on average of forty pounds of tools in them but still a fail for me. I now have to use a snap loop on the bracket to keep it closed but can still hear the banging of movement in the bed. I'm sure I could get replacement brackets but it would just do the same in another year.... not impressed 😞
ATVS are around 40-48 inches wide. Which is just abut what most half tons have between the bed humps. They don't stick out much further so if anything it might be a tight fit. They remove very easily too which is a huge plus. Love mine and have had them for 2+years on my truck
So i've installed this on my truck but notice that the bottom sags a bit and i have to slightly lift up the far end when closing so it lines up with the latch. has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?
Those are cool! And if you're carrying heavy things, they add weight to the rear end, helping traction. I like it :D

I love the weigh safe hitch! Would you be willing to share the file for the 3d printed case for the hitch? Looks awesome!

Check out the Milwaukee 18v air compressor. Love one for my l5p and tt. Filled many tires to 80 and 110psi
Because of the progress bar for the ad, I watched the whole thing. Rocking a powerboost though, but enjoy the content brother.
Jumper cables good to have in the boxes.

@@GearsGadgets I just bought a 24 but is a ram 2500 diesel and also white. You’re giving me a lot of motivation and ideas. Keep those videos coming.
Jumper cables are great IF you have another vehicle handy. Update to a jumpbox and self rescue
Do they block the tie down anchors?
I wondered that too but maybe I missed it?
I think I might see them in the video but I’m not 100%

Link to those canvas gear bags?
Make me an offer on them non-projectile F-150 cases!
Can you fit a full size ATV in the bed with those swing cases??

Do they block the bed light?
Yes they do. You can swing the box out of the way and still light the bed as needed though.
