I really wasn't in to wet felting but all these tutorials have converted me.
I'll have to give this a go. I especially like the idea of incorporating some fabric.
Watched the video. Beautifully presented by Marie
Great video. It would be fun to see how everyone is using the prefelts they are making!
Waiting patiently while working on my website plan! Thank you Marie for inspiring me to launch my own business! So windy and stormy here in Arizona today...
Thank you very much for this tutorial. I really enjoying watching your video, and this make me to many inspiration for my felting. Greetings to everyone 🙂
Noelle Russow, best wishes!! Marie and Fairies, I like the pre-felting idea a lot! For me, for creating some pieces for later use in fiber collage and for embellishments most particularly. I keep an artist's notebook for other work I do - must add these ideas and WW notes!
Thank you Marie, I will be using the prefelts I make as the foundation for various "Patches" for my granddaughter who is doing the costuming for their school "James and the Giant Peach". It will be a great way to get that homemade patched look with some hidden bling.
I think I have made this in past and used for a wall hanging. I will have to post.

Yep note cards will come in handy! Thanks for making the downloadable
Just bought some scarves to cut up and try incorporating them into some projects, so this is a perfect tutorial for today.
Thanks Marie. We are still on the road home with my LF goodies. Can’t wait to produce some prefelts.

The colors are so pretty! Would love to try making some of these! I appreciate these tutorial videos so much!
Great tutorial! But I sure do miss the old Wooly Wednesday!
Thank you! Cold and snowing here in SE Washington. I’m still needle felting, but would like to try this in the future.
I needed this to learn thanks😊
Is this a pre felt that I can use for those wrist bands u did? Mayb two layers or make it thicker from the beginning I’m new and learning
This looks fun and fast for days when I don’t have time for a big project. I already have several projects in mind to use it! Thanks much.
Thanks for the tip to wrap the prefelt in mesh when rinsing it out. Great idea!
Thank you for the information. I love the colors and silk you used for this project.
This is great! I had an idea for a project and originally had planned to only needle felting it, which was going to take forever. Now I am planning to start with making a prefelt.
Thank you so much for this very interesting video ;your explanations are clear and very usefull! 🙂
todays show ended to soon!
I can never find the Live Hang videos! I look for them, but I have to watch after work and don't get to actually participate in the live hang!
Wish you would combine it back together like it used to be! I feel like I miss all the fun and the drawings by missing the Live Hang videos!
Marie, would you use vinegar in these when rinsing if they are going to be stored for a short rime, or would you just rinse with water and leave the vinegar for later when they are incorporated into your project?
What do you do if you ‘pull’ too much fiber when doing the layers?
I just look it up it was the thin art fabric
