Sean Connery Bond all the way! Love this song in general so many references! Can't wait for the Guy Fawkes vs Che Guevara reaction. So many more ERB videos I will be excited to see as well. My all time favorite though is Blackbeard vs Al Capone.

It's actually referencing both Austin Powers & James Bond, though Austin Powers more. You see one of the most famous lines from Austin Powers movies is in Goldmember. Austin saying to Foxxy (Beyoncé) " Well you might be a cunning linguist, but I'm a master debater!"
This movie was the parody on Goldfinger that featured one of the most memorable female leads in Bond Pussy Galore. "Pussy" for short.
What's interesting is the fact Connery Bond saying it to Craig, not Austin. Both Connery win's Pussy over with smooth talking, just as much as Austin does with his women.
So Connery disses Craig for both being a pussy (not a real man), trying to be witty with calling him a misogynist first and now not being proper nationality for Bond (not even true) while he doesn't seems very capable with women - far more un-Bond-like - AND the movie references.
Finally the retort. Craig counters he has a knack for licking old cunts, a reference to the strongest woman of all Bond movies handling pretty well - the female M version (Bond's boss) played by Judi Dench. And that retort most reactors miss because of Pussy...Cunning Linguist line sounding so good.
@@halosam2963 Actually, I think it more refers to Bond's hook up with Lucia (played by Monica Bellucci) in Spectre, the oldest Bond girl in history at 51. It was generally regarded as being rather revolutionary.

Personally, I think Craig won with the "you only live twice" line, but Powers came close with the "unprotected" line, and so did Connery with "I don't need a Q to break your balls."

That's one of my favorites.
What I love about this battle is how smoothly they work each individual's track into the whole thing, especially since each track stands out from the others.
Ironically, Curtis' Austin impression at 2:17 sounded a lot like Sean Connery doing an Austin impression!

To me Craig won this one, he was winning against Austin, then Connery came out and they were evenly matched till the end, since usually the new guy that comes around is the one who easily win, it means that Craig was better (imo at least)
My order would be Connery>Craig>Powers, but I think my opinion was slightly warped by the fact that powers kind of got pushed to the background for the second half

I thought the Craig had the better lines, but Austin had the most fun and most enjoyable lines. Sean Connery just felt like fan service and I can't even count him as a contender.

My favourite Bond when I was growing up was Roger Moore, many critics say he was the least like the Bond in the original novels but he was also the most fun if politically incorrect of the Bonds.

I figured out another reference, dr. No and at one point a scientist shoots the bed 6 times emptying the mag, bond is hiding behind the door he realizing his mistake and turns the gun on bond, to which he says “smith and Weston, you’ve had your six”
I just love that out of all of them, Powers is the only one enjoying himself.

Fact 2: Ian Flemming gave Bond a Scottish heritage (father scottish, mother swiss) after being so impressed by Sean Connery.

On the note of Craig's Bond calling Sean Connery a misogynist, I think it is in response to his films where he blackmails a woman into sex and was more than delighted to see Japan viewing women as subservient. With that said, Daniel Craig has no leg to stand on either. He slept with three women in his film to further his objective and all three ended up dying as a result. Austin Powers on the other hand can get pushy, but there was a scene where he outright refuses to sleep with a woman on account of her being drunk.

I like how you can still take a joke about the misogyny stuff. Like James Bond’s line about it was kinda weak, but Austin’s was really good. Just goes to show it’s not about SJW stuff being inherently bad, it’s just when they shove it where it doesn’t belong it gets annoying.
I think the best part of Powers was how well they made a 60's music style rap for his part, and pulled it off successfully. (impressive blending of different decade styles)
The Daniel Craig bond had the harsher cuts in the first half.
And Sean Connery? . . . . .well, he's Sean Connery! He's always the best. The voice, the lines, heck he even had Craig whining like a little bitch. ("It's my turn now!")

Austin Powers is funniest yet underused, so he takes second.
