I will show step by step how I go about making the dough and in this particular video I will be using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, you don't necessarily need a mixer the old fashioned mixing by hand is good as well. Also I'll share my self taught way of preparing the beans that make navajo tacos come to fruition.
