Nice job boxing the pipes in, created a handy storage area in the process 👍 looking forward to your outdoor projects. I’m the worlds worst at diy so I’ll keep my ideas to myself 😂
Hi. An idea for the pathways... Run a length of timber down the side and use it as a straight edge to the concrete. Over existing. You could put any kind of pattern on the concrete while it's wet.(Nearly going off) Or when nearly dry run a hose over it for highlighting (UA-cam this for a video demo) If you build a dwarf wall along the side you will need a few outlet holes in it for drainage. ( Plastic pipes maybe) Cheers. Dan.
That is very neat work covering up the pipes. Sounds like yea have a good plan for the garden. Just stay cool maybe early in the morning and late evenings.
Looking forward to seeing the outdoor projects. It takes time but you'll get there in the end. Making us very jealous with the nature sights and sounds, we are missing it all so much.
The speed I work at it may take some time! There's no rush as I'm working to a Bulgarian schedule! Hopefully you'll get a nature top-up in April to see you through to your permanent return.
I think this is my favourite episode because I don't have any advice for your outside area but like you, we have plans for an outside kitchen, straight paths and the swimming pool area.....looking forward to stealing your ideas! 😂
The boxing in became very near Adam,we didn't see the isolation but I assume its oke. Suggestion for the outside area;try to even the path as much as possible, than throw cement on it,then tiling. After the tiling wet the tiles. Now there won't come any weeds between the tiles.
Good suggestion for the path, it will be easier to work out how to proceed once we've removed a few paving squares and seen what's underneath. I think I may have a lot of levelling to do before I think about the top surface finish! I must sort out proper gutters, they would have helped over the years!

I find if I don't say anything, nothing gets done! The boxing in really worked well (better than I thought it would).
You are wonderful. Your house looks so beautiful.
Thank you, it's taken some time but we are getting there

I will look into that, we're always looking for new ideas, thank you Daniel.
Looks a great project outside, Good Luck
It's a bit of hard work but once it's done we can use the areas a lot more.

I say every year that I will get up early to work, so far it hasn't happened...
Great job on the boxing in.
Hope you're both doing well 😉
Thanks Mystic, we're all good here. Hope you're good?
Same here no martsinita I saw three storks on a trip to the coast.

@@ourlittlebulgarianadventure haha well no need to rush anything in Bulgaria - except for getting there lol. Thank you, hope so.
Really looks nice you got everything coming together
Thanks Caroline, it has taken a while but we're nearly finished indoors. Just the roof and outside projects to go!

You are more than welcome to steal our ideas and advice is always welcome. It's one of the things this channel is all about.
