My mom said we would move to nyc when I turn 18 or older because first I’m gonna be in a hotel and then live there in the future
It’s always been my dream to live in Manhattan. I’m taking real steps to get it done now.
I hope you get to live your dream! Best of luck 👍
me too bro!moving from italy
Hey have you moved yet? I’m moving late this Summer
Me too I currently live in phoenix az and there’s nothing to do
I tried to move to nyc on a budget but I gave up and moved to Vietnam instead
Might have to be my next move 👀 haha
This may be the sign I needed lmao
Been debating moving to NY or just abroad lol
You enjoyed Vietnam?
sitting in Cleveland watching this thinking how can I move out to NY and live for a bit
OH, I can’t wait to move to NYC. 😂
Randomly came across this vid...I live in Cleveland and it gives me additional hope that I can move to NYC at some point as well! Thank you for the tips! 🙌🏼
Lived in NYC on a budget for 6 years. 3 of them in Manhattan up in Washington Heights. Ultimately despite being where I wanted to live since I was young the COL is too expensive if you're not making six figures... like a lot of North American cities now. I'm now planning on leaving the US and thinking of moving to Spain (how I discovered your channel btw)
Wow, thank you for sharing and thanks for watching!
Thanks for all the advice Ryan!
Very helpful video great tips thanks 👍🏻
Great video, thanks!
I love your videos keep them up it was super useful
Thanks so much! I'm glad it was useful
Thank you for the useful info 🙏🏽
Thanks for watching!
Randomly came across this , watching from Cleveland!!
The upbeat music in the stress just makes it sound like you like stress.😂 Makes me want to approach my own stress differently.
I also noticed that the only convincing reason for New York was the bragging rights and lifestyle. guess for me that would require contrasting with where you lived before.
I will note however, how easy you described the process of moving. Not the effort and patience, but just the conceptualisation of the tools necessary. made it sound like you could have easily applied all this effort on moving to actual Europe.
I'd like to visit, just to have photos of me in famous locations, so i can tell my grandkids i was in the movie, or the event happened in real life. 😂
Thanks for sharing
Great video !
Thanks!
Dude! Keep grinding 😉 the NY life! I used to live there over at Astoria, awesome years but intense, i watched your videos and I was very curious about why an American guy speaks Spanish so well! It's got to be a big change to go from a little Spanish city to thebbig apple!
Definitely a big change! Haha
great video!
Thanks!

Hey Ryan, first of all thanks for the video !! Im looking for people OUTside the US moving to NYC and find work there.. cant really find anything. quite disappointing. DO you know anyone or do you have any tips ?!
SO difficult as a foreigner..
You wont find work unless you come in person, they wont give you a job if you dont have a visa
@@ye23. yeah it’s a part of my “strategy”. I will come every 4-6 weeks to NYC to show up. Network, get to know people and knock on doors.
@@LarsWagnerany luck yet?
I live in New York and honestly no body would want to live here now shits to god damn expensive . No point in coming here . The laws are stupid they don’t make sense and are not in favor to the people .
You know what I’m not even in America 😅
bro your camera is out of focus the entire time
😂 you're the first to comment on this, yeah I need to get a camera with autofocus

It is always surprising to me how people, who live in much better places than NYC, chose to drop everything to move to this overrated city.
It’s not overrated New York has a completely different feeling then other states I personally am gonna live in Jersey because my brother lives there and a bunch in New York but I love to see Manhattan out my window it’s a beautiful site
Hahaha you dork.
@@kw2519 dork? Holy shit! How old are you
@@galaxy-eyesmastercordero7860 Personally, I have been in other cities where the streets are cleaner, the apartments are more spacious and nicer, way more affordable, and the quality of life pertaining to work, and social interactions is way better. The only thing they are missing is that they are not as popular as NYC, which honestly, depending on who you are, this could be considered another perk.
@@dcabral00 I grew up in the area north of NYC, Westchester County. It's definitely a perk to live in an actually well-kept apartment or condo in the city, but it's definitely overrated as ish to spend so much money that can also be put toward a mortgage outside of the city in Jersey or the lake areas a little upstate to have equity when it is time to move or job hop. The boroughs are a trap in my eyes, but I know people choose to live there to be closer to finding love, business meetings, etc. anything that 20 year olds need to experience. Some can't survive being cut off from a larger world.
Why would you do this? NYC is not for you on a budget, only mega rich people with security should come here.
