    It's important to mention how an inmate will prepare for a parole hearing. He'll meet with the facility parole officer who will recommend completing a personal file. He will list employment opportunities, possible housing options and intact family relationships. He will request letters of recommendation from family and friends. This is difficult work but may increase his chances for release. The inmate will positively anticipate the interview date especially if he has served a long sentence. He expects to be treated fairly. He will be sadly disappointed to realize the commissioners have already determined he won't be released. This is done under two minutes. They will cite a generic reason such as "failure to adjust to the institution" that will hold up in court if he decides to appeal.

    They release the dangerous people sooner because they cost more money to house as inmates, and the staff is at a greater risk costing the state more money for a guards medical. In the end it's ALWAYS about the almighty dollar.

    • @22CONSERVATIVEFELON
      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON  15 днів тому

      I'm sorry but your statement is not correct. It does not cost any more money to house a prisoner who acts up, and the staff being at great risk is not their deciding factor. Their is no evidence of that whatsoever. The evidence shows that it depends on if the governor decides to release people one month and not release people another month. If they decide to release people in March then whoever goes to the parole board, troubled prisoners or prisoners that behaved, they all go regardless of their behavior. If it's a month where the governor decides not to release anyone, that nobody goes regardless of their behavior. This there is strong evidence for.

    Don’t forget to mention back when I was in the system at any time a third of the inmate population was in on violations I don’t know about now but going back 15 20 years that’s how it was

    • @22CONSERVATIVEFELON
      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON  14 днів тому +1

      In the max prisons hardly anyone was in on violations, but you are correct, there is a large percentage in the medium security prisons that were back in for that; but not these days as much anymore because the system coddles criminals, enables them with bail reform laws, refuses to hold them accountable, and this is why we have cities that are a complete danger and mess. I may have been a prisoner at one point in my life, but I believe in justice, I do not believe people should be able to commit crimes without just punishment.

    A numbers game? It's always a numbers game, no matter what you do numbers are always important this number's game keeps you locked up I do everything in my power not to find my freedom dependent upon this numbers game the only numbers game in which I participate is the numbers game that requires me to have enough dollars in my checking account to pay my rent each month and enough dollars do purchase groceries only two numbers games controls my life, find loopholes that exempt you from numbers games unless you benefit you'll lead a contented life

      Appreciate you following along. I've seen a few of Chad Marks videos and enjoyed them. The correct way to go about something is to ask me if I would like you to contact him and mention me, not tell me that you are going to contact him and mention me without asking how I feel about it first, wouldn't you agree? You could do what you like, I'm just making a suggestion about the common courtesy men should give one another. Don't take that personal, I just pay attention to things such as that.

    i'm afraid to ask but, 81 times?! you jabbed the man 81 freaking times?! thats some messed up stuff, brother. heat of the moment and all, but 81 times?! you only hear that when it's an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend. what did the dude do to deserve such rage? because that many times is usually because you had some deep seated anger either towards him or the world. your previous video, altough emotional, didnt cover all the story.
    sorry if i'm out of line.

      There are several reasons stabbing can reach an excessive amount. Besides the fact that some people do it out of revenge, personal reasons, relationship reasons, there is also the reason of being under the influence of drugs that can cause such rage. I was severely under the influence, was stabbed first several times, and that combination put me into a rage
