I'm so super excited for this. As an Addiction's Counselor of 8 years, I've quoted Mark in more group sessions than I haven't. His way of sharing his experience is raw, motivating, and hits my heart's core! First thought --- Mark Lundholm!

Mark was kind enough to visit the rehab facility I was in. He entertained and broke down for 6 hours. An immense presence and incredibly insightful.

Hey Mark. Like So many I was turned on to you when I was 22 years old and in my first treatment center. I come back to your content often. I am a professional musician and artist and I have the utmost gratitude for your service and the way in which you convey it. I have found a similar purpose through my ability to share relatable, empathetical dialogue in a way that can be heard and applicable for anyone living under the umbrella of the human condition. Today I am 33 years old, in long term recovery and I owe it all to the fellowship of our program and the great wisdom which passes through it. Thank you for showing me that I was not alone in my experience, and that it is truly HILARIOUS once we gain the perspective of living in the infliction. Much Love to you and your family. I will continue to pay it forward.

Hi Mark! Buddy, we're still here, even though we've obviously not all there. Just bought your book, "Shortcuts." Loving it! Looking forward to seeing you 'live' here today. It's been awhile since Harvey's in Portland, Or. Love you, Brother in recovery! ♥ 3-12-89 The date my recovery began and the year I met Mark Lundholm.

Can't wait to get my hands on a copy of the book. In the end I am sure I will be giving many out as presents. Mark has a way of making things so easy and light and of uncomplicating things we love to overthink. Thanks Mark for not letting Covid get inside of your head and instead sharing what's inside of your head unto paper for us.

Hi Sethie, I just took a look at the auto ad setting and you're right! Ridiculous! Thank you for bringing to our attention. I've deleted nearly all the ads. There should only be 3 now for only 15 seconds. Sorry about that! UA-cam's greed is getting out of control.

I learned about Mark in 2013 my first time In recovery ❤️‍🩹 he had a huge positive impact in my recovery. I have 4 years clean and I now work as a recovery coach at the rehab facility I got clean. I show my clients mark shows. Im happy to see you growing and still rocking it. First thought wrong always stayed embedded in my head and has benefited my life as a short cut. Thanks Mark!
