I hawe 1.4 D4D remaped to 115 hp. It goes well but stil thinking of buying 2.2 D4D and remap that cpu. Now consumption is 4.8l, with 2.2 liter 190hp+ it will be probablly like 7.5 l.

Im on the verge of buying the same model but from 2007. Do you have any expensive or persisting problems with the car so far? Most of all id love to know how much gas does it consume and what kind of driving do you usually do? Thank you very much!
I own the 126hp version of this car. I'm doing around 6 liters per 100km (not sure what it represents in miles per gallon) I haven't driven it enough to warn you about any specific problem though. Great car, very easy to use and confortable too when the suspension is not fried.
On those equipped with 2.0 and 2.2 d4d beware of failing head gaskets. Also, take a look at the injectors, see if they're OK. If you find any model with one of these engines in good condition, you may have a nice car to drive around.
Is there anyone knows what extra's buttons can be on the steering wheel? On the right part there are two dummy buttons. I can't find what could be there. I found only low resolution photos with that extra.

Got one of my own too, a 2008 with 240,000km. Powerful, comfortable and still a good looking car❤
Also got mine,2011 model got it with 317000 km..still perfoms like new fell inlove instantly
These Corollas have such a nice interior, still in 2024. They are called Corolla in Australia.
Perfect car no problems ,great stability and no sounds at 200 km/h ,better that Mercedes a real AK-47.
