I do DO love your putty's! I just used the last of my green apple so time for a new order from your shop! I am trying to find the unboxing of 'The Emerald City' on your channel? Do you remember the title of the video? Richard
I've also found that after loading into your multi-placer and getting it all jammed in there good, you can just shave the excess off using a hobby knife or Xacto,,,gives you a nice clean flat surface and a lot less squishes out when placing...
Thanks Merry. Those were great tips and I absolutely think MerryMud is the best putty I have used. It doesn't leave residue and doesn't hold on to the drills.
Sold. I tried another brand a few years ago and wasn't happy and been using the pink wax forever, but want a change. Hope I like it. Thank you for your demo!
New here!! Just recieved my order and am in love! Everything smells great and looks awesome! Twice I have ordered cover minders from other companies and when I got them the magnets were not attached. Yours were perfect! Loved my stickers and my bonus glow in the dark drills! Thank you!! Keep up the good work! I will be ordering more!
I recommend micro glue dots. They are linked in the description of all of my other videos! I definitely recommend putty above the wax in your kits for single placing. Just not above micro glue dots!
I do! I did a lot of research, however, and found an ingredient that stiffens the putty since the fragrance oil compromises the texture of the putty slightly. I add it to all of the putty that I make and sell for the etsy shop to truly differentiate it from the diy version.
@@MerryMakingCrafts great! The blue putty, like blue tack, I used before always leave residue Bc it’s so stringy. Lol I have trauma from those leaving my canvas a mess 😂.
@@emmyguan now ALL putty will leave residue on your CANVAS. I thought you were referring to it leaving residue on your drills!! As far as residue on your canvas, I suggest dealing with the fallout on the sides of your multiplacer as soon as it happens and instead of pushing it back into your pen, just clear it off and toss it away. I hope that helps! I always keep a pair of tweezers on hand as well. Helps to grab the putty off the canvas if it does happen to stick to it.
I've never used putty so how do you know when it's time to reload with more?
Thank you merry! For the multi placing tips, I really need to practice as I’m absolutely rubbish at it, so I’m single placing at the moment 🇬🇧
I’m going order some of your putty . I will be reviewing it in my channel . Have a great day.
Awesome! I'm subscribed and I look forward to you checking them out! I hope you love them!

Thanks so much for this content. I am new to putty use.
I have found the flat end of the tweezers works great to flatten and even out the puddy or wax.

That’s a brilliant tip! Thank you for sharing 💞
Love that you are sharing your creations with us 🎉 hysterical pen tip blooper
You’re a great teacher! Thanks for the tips!😊
Thanks Merry. Those were great tips and I absolutely think MerryMud is the best putty I have used. It doesn't leave residue and doesn't hold on to the drills.
Thank you so much for the compliments! I'm so glad everyone is loving it!
Love my merrymud and merry minders 😍

I hope you do, too! And if you have any questions or issues, feel free to let me know!
I just ordered some samples, excited to try it out!
I hope you love it! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
I loved watching your video! Do you prefer putty over wax? I just started diamond painting so going to come back for more tips!

Aww! This makes me SO happy to hear! I’m so glad you’re enjoying your order!
Thanks for the tips! Not tried putty yet... it seems to be the same consistency as bluetak
Love my Merrymud!!
Just subscribed and ordered some! Can’t wait to get them!
How do I access your shop. I couldn’t find you on Etsy?
The link to the shop is in the description. The shop is in vacation mode until today’s new release at noon central ❤️
Hello Mary are you making merry mud again?
Great video :) can't wait for mine to come 💜
8:40 oh my god that made me giggle 🤭🥰 also an anti climax lol 😂
Lemme tell you… I almost didn’t leave it in the video and I was like “meh, it’s funny and it’s real!”
@@MerryMakingCrafts so glad you left it in, was so funny 😂💚
Thanks for making me giggle couple of times. ❤
New to DP. If you don't recommend using putty for single placer, do you recommend the wax (from DAC)?
I recommend micro glue dots. They are linked in the description of all of my other videos! I definitely recommend putty above the wax in your kits for single placing. Just not above micro glue dots!
Is it possible to use Aaron’s putty? It’s not the proper shape ? Well I know you have your own shop b
Do you use simply tacky as your base?
I do! I did a lot of research, however, and found an ingredient that stiffens the putty since the fragrance oil compromises the texture of the putty slightly. I add it to all of the putty that I make and sell for the etsy shop to truly differentiate it from the diy version.
Thank you!
Does this putty leave residue? I am a hard presser.
Ps. I love your nails! I wanna get them done the same 😅
No residue that I have noticed! I’m a hard presser, too! Every wax I’ve ever tried leaves residue on my drills but not putty!

@@MerryMakingCrafts oh they do also leave blue residue on my drills cuz it’s so sticky 😂
@@emmyguan well none of it should get on your drills!
