Hi Mimi! I would like to know if I can practice these 5 element qigong ( Earth, Water, Metal and so on...) as a daily routine, regardless of the season we are in? I practice your "8 Brocades qigong", and I wonder if I could add these exercises on my daily basis routine, as well. I'm asking because in my country, hardly anybody knows about qigong, therefore, there are no qigong instructors over here. I must practise, because I have health problems, and even though medicines have helped me, they have done much harm to me, too. Thank you so much!
Mereu, you can practice 5 element qigong as a daily routine :) You can also do longer practices for specific seasons when needed, this might be more seasonally specific. We also have our own cycles, daily, monthly... think about the qualities of each season and feel into when you might need a boost of the energy of that season and you can use it for that purpose too
Yes she does explain but it is a bit fast for beginners that have to learn a lot of things in the conscious competent stage. While she comfortably do it in the unconscious competent stage because she practiced it for many years 😊
