Lenovo X220 and X230 Tablet Convertible: Hinge Repair.

The Lenovo Think Pad Model X220 and X230 are Laptop/Tablet convertibles. There is a single "two way" hinge that allows the X230 to open like a regular laptop, but also to rotate the screen 180 degree, so it can function as a tablet.
This hinge is made of thin cast metal and it is easily broken. This video is a detailed step by step guide to replacing that hinge in the event that it breaks. It is designed for people at any level of knowledge. If you are a more advanced, you may want to skip thru parts of this video.
This computer is an X230 with one of the arms of the hinge broken so the screen will not stay up.
The Think Pad models X230 and X220 are very similar, so this video should be applicable for either.
