I've never been much for filters I have to pump. I Use a Hydro Blue Versa Flo filter. Much like a Sawyer, but it has a female screw end on both ends. It also comes with a gravity setup. You need to buy a dry bag but other than that it comes with everything you need. Takes about 10 mins to gravity flow 2L of water, but you can set it up and forget it, and get other stuff done.
Look into changing out the cans for pouch food to save weight. Canteens are better than the flimsy plastic water carriers which are noisy. adding some snares, maybe a couple 110 connibears, maybe a fishing kit if your area supports it. The shower is nice but I can't imagine using it and being very vulnerable during a situation that would make you leave. Unless your rappelling the larger rope is excess weight. Look for cordage that has about 150 lb breaking strength as that is more than enough to make a shelter, a roll of tarred bank line is lighter and just as useful. If your camping I can see taking the chair, but for bugging out leave it behind, it is too much bulk and weight
I wouldn't carry the chair. you can buy a triangle shaped piece of cloth with pockets in the corners. The pockets each hold the end of a stick. You tie the sticks together in the middle and tuck the ends into the corners of the triangle cloth to make a tripod chair. They cost about $6 USD plus shipping, or free shipping if ya spent a minimum of $10 USD
I'd lighten the weight by not bringing canned food. tons of stuff you can find cheap and tasty that doesn't come in a can. For 3 days, you could even bring frozen meat. Just stick it in a cooler bag and keep it out of the sun...

Buy a folding saw. The chain will work, but a folding saw will be lighter and easier to use.
