Anemia sucks.
You want to do more but your body is literally starving for oxygen.
It’s so depressing.
You feel like your dying slowly.
Exactly!that's the way you feel, like you are pushing and fighting to get some air
Have you organ meats supplement?
I have access to a limited type of doctor and 1) don't have the money to see a functional practitioner and 2) have limited funds for blood work. I could go to my doc and they'd order the usual CBC but I had to really push just to get my Vit D levels checked at one point. The last doctor also blew me off when I asked if I could get blood work to check for low iron. I'm menopausal so she said it wasn't necessary. That's been a lot of years and I should've had the test done myself out of pocket then because I am so short of breath now that I'm scared. I've had digestive problems for a long time and my food choices became more and more limited and with that my symptoms have just kept getting worse. So I got caught up in a vicious malnourished cycle. I need to get some tests done, but there is no way I can fund every single nutritional blood check he mentions here so I will do what I can. I strongly suspect I'm deficient in everything anyway since I've been eating so little. But since it's important to not take iron if it's not needed, that is one test I am definitely going to get. This is very overwhelming.
the BEST explanation of BLOOD WORK
My chronic iron anemia started after I took NSAIDS , which caused anstrum gastritis and gallstones. I had this for 8 yrs of agony. Chicken or egg.

My ferritin is 39 and I’ve been told it’s low ?
My blood test came back with WBC A36 and Neutrophils A1.7 as well as B12, Iron. I have no doctor to interpret this for me. I'm now taking a B12 supplement. Could you help, please?
Maurice, Edmonton Alberta.
You are right.
I've started taking grassfed beef spleen supplement, for iron....seems to be helping, I'm not sure yet. Just an idea for anyone interested...
How is this going for you? I’ve just purchased a highly recommended iron from beef spleen liver etc called primal iron from Australia, I’m excited to try it and feel the difference so I’m curious if your grass fed supplement has helped you? 🥰
@@sandraoxford883 i wouldnt be able to say, whether it helps me, as i stopped taking it fir a few days, and then been on v lowest dose....since i had some hormonal imbalances that i was concerned may, (or may not) have been caused by the spleen(or liver) supplement. Tho i now think, for most part, that it probably wasnt the culprit😀. (i am in perimenopause. Tho the symptoms were worse than usual..length of cycle, poss high prolactin. etc). The company reassured me somewhat when they said they havnt heard of this side effect from anyone else.
I willl checkout primal iron...does it contain whole spleen and liver..or jist extracts?

Does kidney problems cause anemia? Does fenugreek help? From Malaysia🌺
I have to change soon I know gluten is the biggest problem for me also sugar the older I get the more I feel it I feel like a huge rock is in my stomach after eating pizza it takes me hrs to feel normal
What do you suggest if you have sickle cell trait? I am gluten sensitive. I have been grain free for a month. Lots of improvement like no pain in my back and I lost 60 pounds...but my headache and dizziness and blurry vision is still here.
L-Glutamine might be helpful. B vitamins, magnesium, vitamins C, D, and E, and potassium - all muscle and lung related.
Do blood tests: sounds like symptoms of low iron
I had iron infusions, only to have iron anemia...again.
Can RA cause that deficiency and lead to anemia?
My Dr won’t listen any ideas what I can ask for I have every symptom of animist but all iron is good
Last time i have normal iron, now i have low, i have high b12. Why is that? I have back pain. I have high ferratin, high hemoglobin, rbc.
What is an optimal ferritin level?
My b12 and folate barely make the low normal range. Iron is very low
You can treat that yourself if your Dr won't listen.
Dr Osborne, on Autoimmune hepatitis please.
What version of vitamin E is safe to take since alpha tecopherol has been linked to certain cancers?
Wheatgerm oil
@@cosmichealth3907 Is that gluten free?
@@lavellnutrition I don't want to put you in a dilema about gluten...it's a vivacious cycle...I would only say it will help..now brand has a good one
After 20 yrs of uncontrolled anemia dispute diet and pills with Hastimotos , autoimmune gastrisis happened. Literally everything I did failed. Truly feel synthroid and gkuten is poisonous.
