This didn't really answer my question directly, but it did guide me in the right direction. Splitting the voc into high and low helped me take the reverb off the low end. There was more low end than I expected.

Download fresh air I’m pretty sure it’s free (I know this comment was a year ago 😂 but I guess for whoever else is asking too) or download OTT and turn the depth down to about half or a little less to brighten up the vocal OTT is free for sure
its because u extracted the file, just leave it zipped and go into fl studio then press open and find the zipped file that you download. select it then select open.
The Giving Note Gotchya, but also side note idk if I’m the only one who’s had to do this, you have to keep the side chained vocal effects keyed to the master as well as the normal vocals or it doesn’t sound right. But once I sidechained and had everything rooted to the master this mix sounded good 👍🏻

It's a vocal send you don't use it directly on your vocals you send a copy of your vocals to this and then blend it in.
