The fact NS2 still has (at least) a small community around it makes me so happy. Its such a good game and its a shame there aren’t more people who play it.
It really such cool game.
It looks really fun but I think the player base being small and it's age are limiting factors. I want to play but at this point it kinda seems like it would be hard to break into.
We need some promotion on social media or something like that. I can't believe people play fortnite instead of NS2. NS2 is so much more fun and for a longer time. I'm 3400 hours in and i still love it. This game will hardly ever die but we're gonna need more players at some point.
I would get it if it was on console. I don't have a PC fast enough for this
@@jormungandr9048 its not. Play it. Game is so simple lol There are a few like min max things like how to get and hold speed as a little alien but its not needed if you position rioght.

The more you understand it, the better it gets!
Its one of those games that's great but there's not a large player base. The people who DO play are also slightly unwelcoming to people who don't already know the game.
A good game to be sure, but difficult to get into now.

I feel like NS2 could benefit of the Space Hulk Deathwing treatment.
Announce a revamp, upscale textures, add a few cosmetic unlocks and get new eyes on the game.
The performance itself is a huge part of why it's great to play today. The speed and intensity benefit from greatly from the current from the current implementation
I just love NS2 so damn much, biggest issue has always been; not enough players.

make sure you join the Noob Haven or Noob Paradise servers, they're there for you to learn how to play the game and enjoy ramping up with your skills

I love both ns1 and ns2 been playing since 2002 and ns2 alien commander is easily one of my favorite aspects of the game

What are the sound effects on each time he hits something? I olayed thjs game and i never heard those sounds
That's the hit sound, go to the settings and turn up the hit sound, it's actually critical

wait is throwing babbler bait a real strat and not just some random thing to do?
Babbles do damage and make them waste shots
Sending them into the marine gives allows for you to know where they're at when the babbles do damage, can get you kills and chips away at their armor
@@nightmarens2 intressting i allways thought it would be way better to keep them on and that the bait feature was just to get them on allies

Players like this are why I avoid cool games like this.
To be fair, the game is like 12 years old, only has 100 players left, and is extremely complex from what I can see. There's no real way anybody else but the sweatiest can be left at this point.

Also there are new players so the time. I literally see people I've never seen before every time I play. I also I opened up 6 noob servers in Europe and 6 in NA, noob haven and noob paradise. They are skill capped
Try NOOB HAVEN and noob paradise servers, they're very much more casual
I bought the game on my brother's steam account but he never let me play it. I forgot about after all this time 😅

No. Ns1 came out in late 2002, nearly 4 years before tremulous
