Exactly I was very confused how he got to that conclusion at the end for Novo. He said it with conviction too they seem to be equally competent, bluevine can send wires and has lines of credit, amongst some other things novo doesnt have. And vise versa. My business is real estate so naturally I went with Bluevine because being able to send wires is necessary in real estate.
do not bank with novo - worst customer service, check sent limit, constant deposit limits hit, no phone, etc...if youre biz is under 1m its not bad but not good for growing business

Having issues depositing funds into my Novo checking and you need to reach out to customer service by chat only, which is garbage. Stay away
novo has a high rating on trust pilot much higher than most other online banks 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
