the silent mode trick is hands down my fav of this. Takes a whilst getting used to no shutter sound but Lee's absolutely right, nobody has any idea your taking shots.
Great video. The shots and narration were on point. The photos at 7:55-8:02 and the portraits soon after were epic! It was really nice seeing so many of you guys in one video. You all have great channels and content.
In the dialog scenes where they couldn’t get a boom mic they were wearing concealed lavs. There’s also a bunch of ADR and some lines they recorded separately

It wasn’t that many moons ago we were using Blimp boxes on our cameras as Unit Stills Photographers.
