Hi yes being a gardener I always try to help plants out when I'm out on an adventure. What we filmed was toward the end of the Stour valley path 100k and 50k race route. The course is stunning and there are plenty of hills. So lots of great views!

hi Paul thanks for the comment . I have been enjoying the cow cam in your videos. I was back there tonight learning the rest of the route for my first 50k race. We are very lucky we live in a truly stunning part of England.
@@KellyandDoug it really is beautiful there! There are so many places I could be dropped and I'd be happy the rest of my days! Peak District, Welsh borders, anywhere in Wales, Scotland....
@@DevRunner Another big bonus is how good the trains and buses are .Which means we can go for a run and get back cheap and easy if we don't fancy running back.
This is lovely. We have stayed in that area twice this year - just up the road in Capel St Mary. We haven't yet managed to walk or run round Dedham yet but did visit the church and ate in the pub on the High Street. Just checked through your content and it looks right up our street - running and travel.
We did a little `Running Through Time' video of Capel St Mary - a series where we run through ancient and historic landscapers. We also Vlog our training, races and parkruns around the country.
