This line L Gold is coming to Pomona CA via APU San Dimas, LA Verne, Fair Plex, Pomona North station coming soon. Haven't had electric trains in Pomona since Pacific electric ended service 1950. Be interesting to see the finished project.
LA Metro still hasn't updated the former L Line (Gold) (now the original "Pasadena Blue Line") stations towards Pasadena with new signs and blue "A" dots. The "Pasadena Blue Line" stations' pillars are just repainted black, without the new line color and letter indicators inserted. The final destination signs on every "Pasadena Blue Line" station were never replaced (removed instead), with new southbound destination to Long Beach and the new line color and letter indicators. LA Metro should already add the blue "A" dots on the "Pasadena Blue Line" stations' pillars and add new final destination signs on all "Pasadena Blue Line" stations. How are the people going to know what line color/letter the station is served by or what platform to be at for trains heading to a particular destination if LA Metro doesn't add the new signs?
@@ClankyCloverRailfanning lots of door issues and propulsion faults. They run good on the gold line side but when it comes to the blue line side we’re always having issues with them.
This is prolly your best video so far id say
Nice shots
These trains are scheduled to be built to Pomona CA soon

I agree, hopefully Metro should update them as soon as they can.
It's not that hard to figure out. A good percentage of passengers are going to downtown Los Angeles. Signage might be a bigger deal at Union Station.
1:25 oof, those Harmon incandescents will be replaced with LEDs
aw I like the way they fade on and off too bad nothing lasts forever :(
A line operator here. I hate the Bredas. Only good thing about them is the high horn.
Aw what's it about them that's bad exactly?

huh, that's unfortunate, hope they'll fix that, rather than retiring the Bredas or continuing to let these issues occur.
Being a train operator seems like such a cook, fun job. How would one go about getting that job?
@@POOH875They were supposed to originally run on the blue line
