Pour your spirit out? What does that mean? Does God have some kind of bowl or something? How dumb is that ! You can’t get more of the spirit then the other person. Pour more of your smartness on me God so I’m not stupid!
It’s a case of experience. Clearly this hasn’t happened to you. It’s a matter of pursuing, if you want God’s Spirit to overflow out of you. Seek and you will find.

Read Acts 2:17 (God said it, it is more biblical than many traditions we hold dear by the way)
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will POUR OUT of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.”
Outside of the biblical bedrock foundation for this prayer and for the fulfillment of this prophecy, we can also add and testify of our personal experiences of this outpouring. And it is as real as the pages of the Bible that is written on.
Go try it for yourself, ask God to fill you with His spirit, He will do it if you ask as God is not a respecter of persons, and you qualify because you would fall under the “all flesh” category.
We who love the LORD are always seeking, pursuing, and desiring more of the LORD and HIS precious HOLY SPIRIT!
