Do you know about how many balloons you used for this set up?
I used about two packs and a half of the 11" of each color, each pack brings 50balloons. And then I used about 2 pack of each for the 5" in each color, each pack also brings 2. So for each color, I used about 150 balloons for the 11" and 100 balloons for the 5". But I would always get atleast one more pack of the 11" just to be on the safe side. You never want to run out of balloons.
Ok i rented a Oh baby sign.. how many packs should i get? As i am doing this on my own after taking a Balloon class.. if its just standing in a room with no wall behind it?
Also it is safe to say do a lot of garland for the marquee letters to get this wall/full effect?
Hello, how many balloons per cluster do you use? I’m a beginner balloon artist 🙂
I do 3 duplets per cluster and then I put two clusters together to make essentially a cluster of 6 duplets. A duplet is two balloons, so I put 3 of them together to make one cluster. And then if I want to color block my balloons I put two clusters together to make it a little thicker. & Good luck on all your future events 💜

How do you know how many balloons to order usually?
When I first began event planning I used to not buy enough and then I would run out. But I quickly learned that the more the merrier. And what ever is left over I organize so that when and if I need it for another event, I have enough. If a balloon garland is over 8ft you need to have more than 2 packs of each color. I've also learned that by mixing the sizes, unless double stuffing, it's less balloons. For example, instead of using alot of 11" and blowing them up various sizes I use 11" 16" and 24". The bigger the balloon the more space it takes and that means less of the smaller one's like the 11". It also depends of the qty of the packs you are getting, if they are 50 or 100qty.
