    I’m thinking of doing the chocolate ganache on top of the last layer and decorate it with cream dollops around and sprinkle “Merry Christmas” with powdered sugar. Does this sound ok to you?

      Recipe and ingredients:
      For dough:
      5 eggs
      A pinch of salt
      150g (3/4 cup) sugar
      160g (1 cup) flour
      1 tsp baking powder
      30g (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
      30g (2 tbsp) boiling water
      Baking tin 18x28cm
      Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for 30 minutes
      For cherry jam:
      600g (4 cups) cherries
      50g (1/4 cup) sugar
      25g (2.5 tbsp) cornstarch
      80ml (1/3 cup) water
      1/2 tsp citric acid
      For cream:
      600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
      300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
      90g (6 tbsp) sugar
      Let stand in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
