Zombie Nation was barely a 90's hit let alone a rave classic. It dropped October of 1999 so you would have only heard it in clubs for the last couple months of the decade. I didn't hear it in night clubs til mid to late 2000. Yes I'm old 😅
Those are mainstream tunes, play some of the old stuff. It usually begins with “DJ (Insert name here), or MC (such and such). There was a lot of Vicks available and usually a few folks in full hazmat gear. A lot of bodies were on the floor but nobody cared because it was so dark.

Not really. Rave is a mix of early nineties techno and hardcore. When these artist had hits it had already been years and years after true rave. But when they had hits there was another golden age with sven vath, richie hawtin, sasha and digweed on there peaks. So why the F... are you talking about these commercially MTV artists.
