@@punkzieeee the enter-into-control animation gave me a heavy 2015 vibe + it was the first game to introduce the frostbite 3 engine with actual visual tuning also used in the next games (except for the hp remaster), which in my opinion gives the game a 2015 feeling as well
I don't know, if that's because the studio behind the game is Chinese and they hired Chinese actors to voice characters. I have never heard a Chinese speak English, so I'm not sure.

These are my ideas for my unfinished Need for Speed novels... Since EA does not make novels about the backstories of previous Need for Speed video games, along with NFS No Limits.
I normally don't promote stuff like that but one of the original actors from the game put a tweet out basically announcing it and they ended up having to delete it
