Also, if your head is sore after washing your hair then you are doing something wrong 😳. Please take note of how aggressive you are when scrubbing. Your hands should just glide through your hair but don’t apply any hard pressure to your head.

@@WaveManMike to add moisture if you don't use a moisturizer like me I just use hot towel and coconut oil because things like Cantu and curl inhanser clog my pores and make my scalp ich. It also opens your cuticles if you have low porosity.
@@ktprojects2077 after doing research I found out that hot and cold water/temperatures cannot actually open and close your pores. That’s the reason I never found the method to be useful.
@@WaveManMike the hot towel method melts any product you may have had in your hair and makes it easier to distribute in your scalp and penatrade into your cuticles and pores. It can frizz your hair though thats why I also do the plastic bag method. I use it because I don't want to much moisture in my hair because it will repelle the cocnut oil. It opens cuticles I don't know about pores but I'm pretty sure it does.
I used to have hair past my butt and still didn't use this much shampoo😅 But I love how the waves turn out, they look so fluffy so I guess it's worth it😋
