i'd say it boils down to seed oils and no exercise. not eating seed oil means you're cooking your own food from raw ingredients (which is easy as pie). take a walk and lift some weights during the week a couple times. no gym needed just SOME exercise. the weight will fall off and you'll look like someone from the 70s in a year's time. and you'll feel like you can actually DO stuff.

Yup just a few days ago a Cessna landed on the 76 hwy and canyon dr and later find out it was coming from Arizona and a backpack with cocain was found this was early 2am when it landed and crazy part is not to long ago a pilot crashed on the side of the hill not to far from that spot at night and I’m thinking maybe they’ve been transporting drug from Arizona into Oceanside ca I don’t know
I had a wife with medical issues, we spent tons of time in doctors offices and in emergency rooms. I noticed that they always did the bare minimum, i compaired it to fast food, get you in the door and do a test or 2, most likely tests that have been done before, and push you out again, and try to get you setup with your next apointment.. little or NO effort to try to find or fix the issue. She declined over years, it ruined us. We lost everything.. Eventually she got an infection and they would just barely push it away and then it would come back. there was barely any effort during this time and she died from it.. I learned alot about it the years after, and it was obvious what was happening and very treatable, they just did not bother. The industry killed my wife for profit.

The lobbies are so big, and these big organizations who make the super processed foods are the highest dues payers. My daughter has type one diabetes. Happened out of nowhere one day when she was 5. She was sick for close to 3 months before we knew. She would eat but was withering to bone. We were lucky she never got ketoacidosis. We met parents who had kids go into comas. There is a whole intake wing for newly diabetic children at the children's hospital we go to
The pharmacutical industry fucked my mom up to the point that i cant even recognize the woman who raised me anymore. I had the best mom in the world, worked 2 jobs her entire life to support me and my sister, was super anti drug/alcohol. She broke her ankle at work one day and got put on pain meds and from there her issues just compounded and compounded. She went from just needing one pill, to 2 pills, to 3 pills to now where she needs over 13 different medications just to function on any given day, most of which are narcotic...the strongest woman ive ever known reduced to a skinny frail addict who cant even get out of bed most days. She recently got a doctor who agrees with me that she has been overprescribed and has taken her off a lot of medication and i can already see improvement...last mothers day we were able to go to the zoo together and she was actually able to stand and walk for an hour or two before we had to get her a wheelchair which was amazing to see considering i havnt seen her that up and active in at least 10 years
I've lived in the US for 14 years. Before that, I lived in Canada for 18 and then Europe for about 2 years. There is absolutely something messed up about the US food system, and the only reason this is the case is because the US government and the US people let them. The food here in the US, if you aren't careful, will take YEARS or decades off of your life. It is not the same as elsewhere by any measure. It is far, far worse. The government would rather spend money on selling missiles and paying lobbyists while sticking you with the bill for healthcare and food. I know there a lot of problems in this country, but we can all march in the streets for better food, better pay, and healthcare.

It took me to be hospitalized for Ulcerative Colitis to realize how F'ED UP our whole food system is. I even ended up losing my colon, BTW I strongly DO NOT recommend that diet plan. Point being I challenge every American to do some deep study on our food supply. We are the only country who does not force the food industry to label every ingredient in our foods. Let that sink in for a minute, the food your buying can have ingredients you know nothing about. Too keep it simple, look at the size of a rotisserie chicken next time your at the grocery store. Rotisserie chicken anywhere overseas are literally the 1/3 of the size, literally. Even the milk from our cows is so messed up it's disgusting. Honestly, I truly don't believe it will ever be fixed, best bet is too grow your own food.

he's speaking in generalities because the only thing he can truly attest to his is own experience in the industry. he stated he's not an expert of metabolic disease and how its correlated to cancer. he's not an expert in psychology and how horrible food hurts the development of the mind. The reason he's pinning the blame on the institutions is because they are the ones manipulating the research. They are the ones pushing for cheaper ingredients that have studies on them from other countries showing the effects they have on the human body. this isn't a surface level topic. you can't just reach out and grab a few examples and be good. you actually have to look and research and show how far down it goes. I don't fully blame the government or the food industry for my health problems, but I grew up learning about the food pyramid and hearing we needed to eat 3 meals a day and cereal was an acceptable breakfast. 20 years later i had stage 4 blood cancer. a year after that I had a stem cell transplant. 6 months after that I ended up with lung gvhd. 5 weeks ago my lung gvhd returned. Now, i can't prove my cancer was due to the food I ate, but that's the most likely culprit. I know that since i've switched from eating the standard american diet to eating keto/carnivore i've not only been able to lose weight, but i've felt better than i have in years. The unfortunate aspect is, its too late. i'm now stuck on a prescription drug for what could end up being the rest of my life. A drug so expensive and so necessary that i can't go back to work.

My husband was on 11 Rx at one point-basically because he wouldn’t take care of himself and one pill lead to another (side effects) and his doctors were too afraid just to say “hey, eat better and exercise”. I assume they get kickbacks. It’s ridiculous. I’m treating my autoimmune/menopause issues myself with natural supplements and I feel way better than I did on the crap pills the dr gave me. Sometimes it’s just not that complicated. The 2 PAs at the endocrinologist office disagreed on my issue! So, I think it’s a combination of things.

There is absolutely something messed up about the US food system, and the only reason this is the case is because the US government and the US people let them. The food here in the US, if you aren't careful, will take YEARS or decades off of your life. It is not the same as elsewhere by any measure. It is far, far worse. The government would rather spend money on selling missiles and paying lobbyists while sticking you with the bill for healthcare and food. I know there a lot of problems in this country, but we can all march in the streets for better food, better pay, and healthcare.

Yea hopefully pharma and the fda aren't involved in trying to solve this... we need to take profit out of healthcare and the doctors who are on the payroll. What's crazy is that 70% of the FDAs funding is from big pharma... and so many drugs get approved too that do nothing but harm. We gotta change so much.

It took me to be hospitalized for Ulcerative Colitis to realize how F'ED UP our whole food system is. I even ended up losing my colon, BTW I strongly DO NOT recommend that diet plan. Point being I challenge every American to do some deep study on our food supply. We are the only country who does not force the food industry to label every ingredient in our foods. Let that sink in for a minute, the food your buying can have ingredients you know nothing about. Too keep it simple, look at the size of a rotisserie chicken next time your at the grocery store. Rotisserie chicken anywhere overseas are literally the 1/3 of the size, literally. Even the milk from our cows is so messed up it's disgusting. Honestly, I truly don't believe it will ever be fixed, best bet is too grow your own food.

he's speaking in generalities because the only thing he can truly attest to his is own experience in the industry. he stated he's not an expert of metabolic disease and how its correlated to cancer. he's not an expert in psychology and how horrible food hurts the development of the mind.
The reason he's pinning the blame on the institutions is because they are the ones manipulating the research. They are the ones pushing for cheaper ingredients that have studies on them from other countries showing the effects they have on the human body. this isn't a surface level topic. you can't just reach out and grab a few examples and be good. you actually have to look and research and show how far down it goes.
I don't fully blame the government or the food industry for my health problems, but I grew up learning about the food pyramid and hearing we needed to eat 3 meals a day and cereal was an acceptable breakfast. 20 years later i had stage 4 blood cancer. a year after that I had a stem cell transplant. 6 months after that I ended up with lung gvhd. 5 weeks ago my lung gvhd returned. Now, i can't prove my cancer was due to the food I ate, but that's the most likely culprit. I know that since i've switched from eating the standard american diet to eating keto/carnivore i've not only been able to lose weight, but i've felt better than i have in years. The unfortunate aspect is, its too late. i'm now stuck on a prescription drug for what could end up being the rest of my life. A drug so expensive and so necessary that i can't go back to work.

So Europe and Canada gets the healthier foods made with fewer ingredients. Fewer ingredients means simpler and cheaper, right? And wouldn’t it also be simpler and cheaper to just use the one European/Canadian recipe for the whole world rather than different recipes for different countries? Are American food corporations really poisoning our food simply because they can?

My husband was on 11 Rx at one point-basically because he wouldn’t take care of himself and one pill lead to another (side effects) and his doctors were too afraid just to say “hey, eat better and exercise”. I assume they get kickbacks. It’s ridiculous. I’m treating my autoimmune/menopause issues myself with natural supplements and I feel way better than I did on the crap pills the dr gave me. Sometimes it’s just not that complicated. The 2 PAs at the endocrinologist office disagreed on my issue! So, I think it’s a combination of things.
