Toad being all alone in that dark minimalistic house gives this video a weirdly somber feel to it, like he's forced to spend Christmas by himself and is trying to keep his spirits up by singing a cheery little carol. Maybe he had a family once, before his singing drove his wife and kids away. Still, he seems to be having a fun time in spite of everything, so maybe his attempt at cheering himself up was a success. :^y
