We have been catching only giant speckled trout and tons of redfish so we made the most tasty fish cake recipe. This catch and cook was in the quarantine and we experimented with this new recipe. This redfish recipe is amazing!!
Here is what we used:
Z-Man MinnowZ Creole Croaker
1/4 oz Gotcha Jighead
Mirrolure Mirrodine
Recipe:
Chopped - Onions, Peppers
Bread Crumbs mashed up - or any crackers mashed up
2 eggs
Cooked fish
Mix that all together and make those fish cakes and cook them in a pan and mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmmm.

I just found this channel today and I’ve been watching all of them! You guys are a blast and you have me excited to get to Nags Head in two weeks for a week of saltwater fishing. We usually pier fish for Blues and Spanish but I want to go after some Reds this year. I do a lot of smallmouth fishing here and I’ve heard it’s pretty similar. I’m watching your videos to learn how to catch em and cook em! Thanks guys

LOL many people around the country wouldn't understand that lingo but that's what we say below the Mason Dixon Line (MD, DC, VA) when we are excited about something. Outsiders should never ask us what a "mug" is because it can mean a lot HAHA.

I love how yall have went to the catch and cook. I use rainbow and brown trout here where I live for the substitute of yalls speck and red drum cooks. I've done bluefish cakes like yall did one time but the trout looks awesome. Thanks for the idea and another great video.

Silly question... I watched more videos and heard virgina beach. I fish in southwest Florida... Theres been a long ban on Redfish, speckled trout and snook from red tide. 😞
Why are you using a stringer? Culling? Why not just put them in the cooler?
Appreciate your channel! You guys are great. One little critique: you both say "literally" a lot! And like so many people today, you're using it incorrectly. The word you're looking for is "actually." Literal is opposite of figurative. Think of a saying ie. "as sly as a fox". If you got a dog that thinks like a fox, you could say "literally as sly as a fox." Anyway, small detail, you're channel is great, and you guys are so good, that sometimes it appears you are -literally- "shooting fish in a barrel."
