She is not playing air guitar on stage, in fact, she is often playing her own signature guitar "Flappy Pigeon", maybe you saw it in Guitar World. Do you know how to use any of the following: Free The Tone Flight Time FT-2Y, DigiTech Drop Polyphonic Drop Tune Pedal, Korg Pitchblack Advance? Miku does. That's just a sampling of what's on her pedalboard. She has worked very hard on building her guitar skills, too hard to be referred to as "not really a musician".

I'm going to be the bad guy here but Miku writes the songs/lyrics for Band Maid, Miku IS Band Maid so I respectfully have to disagree with the word "can't". She "can" but it's just not in Band Maid style, IMHO. It's wonderful Miku has two musical personalities.....she's a real gem.
@@Ataeginaa Miku does this solely for fun. I'm 99 percent sure she funds this side project with her own money, since it's not backed by the label. It pretty much mocks the "idol" status she previously sought with her prior act (Lil' Cumin) and shows she's got a sense of humor.
This can actually be converted into a Band-Maid song. It is just as chaotic as say, "Different", for example, yet the slow parts with Miku humming remind me of "Daydreaming". David Lee Roth converted his Van Halen song "Jump" into a bluegrass version. Or a video game soundtrack converted to symphonic/orchestral. It's really not that far off, however because it is Miku's more delicate & post-produced softer voice, you don't hear the grit & thicker voice of Saiki, so some people are not able to imagine that it can become a Band-Maid song. One thing you can do is halve the tempo. However, despite this being just released, I feel that "peace&love" is just more catchy.

@@panorama4526 You are wrong and Kyle is correct. Band-Maid was all Miku. She recruited Kanami. Kanami brought in Akane. Akane brought in Misa. Saiki joined later after an audition when they decided Miku's lead vocals weren't the best fit for the harder music they wanted to do.
This year I had three ducklings hatch. They're adolescent now, nearly adults, but they still run around flapping their wings every day when they're happy. It only takes one to get them started, and then the other two will join in.

She founded Band-Maid before she started learning guitar in around 2013 I think. She went to stage without being able to play a full song but she did and practised hard! And successful. Now she rocks the stage and she's having fun doing it and that's all that matters. That's the heart of Rock'n'Roll!!!
I have to admit, I didn't understand her motivation at first, but this is a project definitely worth supporting. She is setting a great example of strength, assertiveness, healthy pride, self- confidence and independence for those needing a voice. Not my style of music, but most definitely my kind of lyrics and person. Fear is not a part of her world. Buying these songs is supporting Love, compassion and the courage to be the genuine you. I'm in.

アレンジングを何回か聴き直して、制作意図を探りましたwそして、「マーチ」がテーマに流れていることに気づきましたwつまり、スネアのマーチング的なロールと、ティンパニーのような拍、行進みたいなメインのシンセ。新しい時代への、勇敢な1歩の感じしました。「輪廻」以来の、歌詞に感動と、アレンジングの素敵さですねw☺️
