100% accurate about vegetables. For me, dicing them up even smaller than you do has been key as I've found the texture to be as big of a problem as the flavor. The smaller, the better.
Stir frying in some eggs is a good way to add in some additional protein and volume to a meal prep like this.
Stir frying the whole thing would have been so yummy! I’d also marinate overnight.
Each bowl has 39g of protein, LETS ADD MORE BROTEIN
@@finishme2753 I try to consume 1,2 - 2g of protein per kg bodymass to help build and keep muscle. So a couple of extra protein can help here if you don't like Proteinbars or shakes.
@@MrAffenSalat true, I was just imagining that 40g protein for one meal is a lot and then there's two-three more meals left in the day. forgot that some people could have much more mass than I do.

I made this meal this week and it is SO GOOD. I used stir-fry beef instead of chicken, but still, so so so good.

just a thought. No need to put the onions and the garlic at the same time, put the onions first, then the garlic just before de rice. At medium heat garlic takes not more than a minute to become aromatic.

Word of advice use the weight measurements in the video, I messed up the first time because I used tbsp/tsp measurements in video. This absolutely slaps when you get it right 😋

I’ve always used calorose rice but with inflation it has gone up like 75% where I life so I just started using regular long grain and it seems to perform fine
