- Sri Lanka’s coastal town Galle is a favorite among travelers! And for good reason. We just spent 1 month in Sri Lanka, and Galle City quickly became of our favorite places. This little colonial coastal town is filled with history and beautiful architecture.
- This is where we show them everything we did in Galle and Unawatuna. We slept at the Amari Hotel for 3 or 4 days. Before we headed back home to Colombo and back home. Galle Fort is one of the highlights you should visit. But in today’s episode, I have made a list of the Top 9 things you should do if you are in Galle and Unawatuna. Galle Dog Care Clinic is also included in this list, as their work is so important and deserves to be highlighted.

Been to Sri Lanka last 3 years in a row, and booked to go back again for 3 weeks next march. Fabulous country with fantastic friendly locals, this really is one destination you need to visit. Thank you for visiting Sri Lanka. The 5:00 hit my heart. Here in Canada, they force families to euthanize pets when they get old. My family is Sri Lankan Buddhists and few days ago, we had to put down our 15 year old GSD. We even had Police came to our house a year ago trying to force us to give up our dogs and we told the Police Service we will file a human rights complaint and they backed down. There was no reason for anyone to kill old dogs if they are properly taken care of... my family has spent thousands of dollars on specialized equipment and we had 24/7 care (my dad and us took turns taking care of the dog). But Canadian law is pure evil. Finally, we had to let our old dog be killed because we ran out of all other legal options. This is the true face of Canada if anyone wants to know. Those all dogs you shown here on this video will be killed by the government and Veterinary Association in Canada. In Canada, most GSD dogs are killed around 12 years or less.

@@CAAprojects I agree! It's also the most important one. The other ones are kind of just inspiration to when things settle down a bit. I've heard from the locals there now, that the crisis has gotten a bit worse now. So they advised me not to travel there yet, that we should wait a few months. Hopefully, the beautiful country of Sri Lanka will be able to recover soon. So much beauty in that country and honestly the nicest locals we have ever met 🙏🏼 Are you going anywhere this summer, or are you enjoying life in Washington?

It honestly felt like one of the safest places I've ever visited in the entire world. Sri Lankan people felt so honest, and I have nothing bad to say about the people and crime towards tourists!
