This is a very attractive pattern. It’s nice to see a non-granny square as the basis of a throw or blanket. Thank you for your tutorial!
I agree. I myself am not a lover of the traditional granny square; however, I am interested in this one. I am going to try and play with that color change though. I am not loving how the white is showing through where it shouldn't. This is probably the best way or it would be done differently. I have a feeling I'm going to play with it a bit to see if something dawns on me. It probably won't but it's worth a try with some sampling! 😉 EDIT: Just thought I would add that I just subscribed and hit the notification button! 👍
@@kimbo500 I'm currently working on my blanket and I cut the white yarn after every round, because I also didn't like how it showed. For that reason I got one ball more, just in case.
@@urshurakdieohnekanal9291 Thanks for sharing that! I know I wouldn't be able to leave it as it was, so unless I figure out something else with the pattern (I doubt I will!).....I will be cutting off as well. 😉
I'm glad you like it! You’re welcome 😊

This yarn looks amazing, it practically glows through the white webbing. That looks so beautiful, I have to make one, I just ordered the yarn.
Awesome, I hope you did! Thank you!
@@handmadebyraine it's a bit late, but I wanted you to know that I made the blanket, it looks awesome! The only thing I changed was that I always cut the white yarn and weaved the ends in, it just looks neater that way.

i wish you'd do a rectangle version. 😊
Maybe at some point.
I have a question, I am using scraps held triple and I love this blanket so much. My issue is my blanket is wavy. I wondering if I need to use a bigger hook?
Muy hermosa me encanta
This is so pretty! I do have a question though. When you need to start a new skein did you try to match up the colors or does it naturally start over with that light green color in the next skein?
Thank you! The colors in skeins start randomly, and I didn't try to match up when joining the new skein because I wanted to use the maximum amount of yarn, and since the throw is very colorful, it didn't bother me to have the abrupt change of colors. But it's up to you, you can definitely match the colors if you prefer.
Molto bella quadrata, volendo farla rettangolare ?😊
Thank you! You are welcome to experiment with the pattern.
Would like to see pattern in rows thanks. I just came across your website.
This pattern is in rounds, but you are welcome to figure out the way to do it in rows.
Would you please do a tutorial for this pattern in a rectangle?
Maybe yes.
@@handmadebyraine 😁
How would you do this round?

Can you tell us what yarn you're using here. Thank you ❤
Ok I saw you had it on here. 😂
Just a thought, why is there no drop stitch in the corners?
The pattern doesn't include drop st in the corner, but you are welcome to try that and experiment.

👍👍👍👏👏👏
Can you name the yarn name again please ?
