Oh that looks nice, im glad you done a video, my daughter makes it but ive never had a chicken kebab lol so I wouldnt know what its supposed to look like, hubby has as ges kufish but rarely eats at home but he might eat this with salad, but i think I would add the spices to the yogurt mix ut then add the chicken, did you pour the marinade over the top im sure my daughter does, im not sure my hubby will eat it looking like irs burnt tho lol he is so fussy xx
Hi Elaine. Hubby ate it last night and was full of compliments he loved it. Yes I usually do pour the rest of the mix over but forgot yesterday but it was still lovely lol. Crispy bits on the outside and lovely and tender inside. X x

Not really had issues with frylight used it for over 5 years now instead of oil. I tend to use the butter one though I wonder if that makes a difference. Let me know if you enjoy the kebab x
It's a nice idea, something I have wanted to try for a while but that looks really overdone and dry. Difficult to tell when it is cooked enough in the middle without it drying out.
