Wow, it’s actually really amazing all around. Stabile, easy to set up, holds almost 8lbs, great app, great case and tripod and a name I’ve never heard of before. I wish I could try one to review.
Damn it! We go to sai kung every 3 years! And Lok is there when we're not! I can even see our uncles house in this video!
Just a little suggestion..maybe you should try another heavy like telephoto lense..i always dream using 70-200mm or 135 fix lenses in a gimbal but i cant afford some expensive gimbal that can handle heavy weight so i am curious about this gimbal

Good demo, this is what I want to see; on gimbal samples, how the app works, how it feels in the hand. How much it supports is crucial. How much it weighs, for me, equally important. I agree about the grips, I bought padded bike gloves to wear when using my Zhiyun. On my gimbal wish list is a way to hang it off my pack without it swinging out and grabbing stuff :D
Maybe you wrap the grip part with the badminton racket grip stripe. It is cheap and it should work fine.

I think this gimbal is a lot smaller and more travel friendly compared to the Ronin-S though. If you have mirrorless body, there is no need to get a Ronin-S.

$600 is on the cheap side, for a 3.6KG payload gimbal; not any gimbal for mirrorless camera 😉

It's the coating on the screen falling off, happenes to most Sony cameras.
It’s not particularly cheap compared to a Crane 2 or Ronin S.
I have a question on your camera I see a Nd filter why do you need it for filming?
If you want a shallow depth of field in bright light environments, you need an ND filter. Or else you have to close aperture and lose depth of field.

Because when shooting video most try to shoot it at relatively slow shutter speed than taking photos, so you can have more natural motion blur (because in real life you see motion blur with your own eyes, it’s more natural to have that in video too). You can Google “180 shutter angle” to learn more. I use 1/50s shutter speed as I’m shooting at 25fps, so anywhere outdoor is gonna be way too bright without ND filter.

I'm laugh when you said firmware can update through app. Becasue my FeiYu g6plus can't update through app and FeiYu told me the update firmware function in app is FAKE. XDDD

This is definitely NOT affordable...if I have to spend anything over 500 I'm buying the dji ronin s.
Ronin S needs to spend extra $400 for display, follow focus and basic wires.
For the amount one can get far better Crane 3 with wireless HD out. Ronin S is abonormally bulky.

Lok Cheung I only have a Panasonic lumix LX15 and wanted a gimbal for it. Would love to know what a recommend gimbal is for a compact camera like mine
