Let me just say this: Deep Freeze with Axe Whirlwind+, Permafrost Lifestealer and Momentous Shift is just so broken and overpowered. Axe Whirlwind can filled up your permafrost bar easily then you can realm shift without issue and the fact that Deep Freeze less suspectible to stagger is a plus too.
People who struggle with Penalty of Breach should go for the Axe as its special perk: Axe Whirlwind+ and Permafrost Lifestealer as the latter would mitigate any health lost while the former would filled up the permafrost bar really quick so you can heal much faster.
For me, I always find the Last Second Dodge Perk to be so overrated since you can easily get realm shift whenever you want with Legacy Rage and Spartan Rage Realm Shift Perk combo. Legacy Rage is easy to activate and quick to turn off and you can get 3 seconds window to punish the enemies which I always did. Oh and combine it with Soulless Assault, Soulless Warrior, Momentous Damage, Divine Edge, Brimming Vigor and Redemption Rage and you can delete Tyr easily. Trust me, I tried it with these perks and they are the GOAT.
