Penei Sewell, Amon-Ra St. Brown (4th round), Aidan Hutchinson, Jameson Williams, Kerby Joseph, Jahmyr Gibbs, Jack Campbell, Sam LaPorta, Brian Branch and Terrion Arnold. That is a lot of homegrown stars. Now compare that with Ryan Poles first 3 drafts, it's night and day.
We should not be afraid of a coach without previous head coaching experience. Other teams have done it successfully. We just need a front office that knows how to pick one.

Just because the general concensus is to hire Ben Johnson doesn't mean that it's just "ok" if it doesn't work out. They are running a multimillion dollar organization and it's their job to hire right. Mccarthy is the right call.
