Mono block amp? Is there an advantage to wiring 2 rear speakers to the LOC, or can I wire just 1 speaker output to both + and - of the LOC if just used for a Subwoofer Amp? 2 Sub wired parallel to 1 channel on amp
You can tie into one speaker and it will technically work .. the right way is to connect to both speakers .. depending on how the music was recorded , some of the bass in the music might only come from the right channel or left channel.. if your only tied into the left speaker, it may not sound as good as the artist intended for it to sound
Question what if you're connecting 2 15" subs how do I connect the wires on the loc to the speakers do I connect both rear speakers to the loc +to+/_ to _ right ????
any rta of some sort can show you the frequencies on that particular channel... I believe kicker just released a line output converter that has lights on it to indicate if the correct signal is being tapped into.
I installed the LC2I on my 07 Camry and it worked fine for a few months. Then now it doesn’t work. So I’m getting the maximum light on and it won’t turn off. I read online that it might be my ground so I moved it to another location and it still had the same problem. Any clues? Thanks
The fact that I randomly clicked on this video with the same car and doing the same exact setup thank you man
When i legit tried to run my shit through the back of my radio🤣now km going from the back subs

Im wanting to know the same

What was the soldering iron brand? “Allsee irons”? Can’t find anything
What would happen if the loc was connected the wrong way like + to - .. would it not work at all ?
Does the LOC turn the amp on and off with the remote wire or will it keep it on constantly?
the remote output will act as a switch 12v power source.. not constant
@@jakebradforddesigns took a gamble on it when installing and it worked lol thanks man
How do you recommend using these with a factory “premium” 5 speaker set up that has a factory amplifier as well.
go to a speaker that uses low end frequencies.. if its a premium system it probably has a factory subwoofer.. that would be the first spot id try

Question what if you're connecting 2 15" subs how do I connect the wires on the loc to the speakers do I connect both rear speakers to the loc +to+/_ to _ right ????
left rear speaker to the left input ..+ to + and - to -.. then do the same with the right rear speaker to the right input of loc
Is it the way Geek squad Install Sub and Amp ? No man looks unprofessional!
I have installed a 4 channel loc for 2 amps
When I turn off one amp the other amp becomes more powerful
Any ideas??
Aston Norman what do you mean by turn off one amp ? Disconnect it ?
I also only have front speaker on my car so I joined the loc rear speaker wires to the front speakers as well. Thinking this might be my problem?
They are under seat subs with Built in amps
And they have like a volume knob when I turn one right down till it’s off the other sub works a lot better
Is there any other way to check the frequency without that lil gadget you used
