As someome who works in endocrine clinic in wisconsin, doing my research to undertand my patients better, helps me solidify that we are doing the best and the right thing by our patients. I instinctively started asking them how they feel with their doses(before giving it in case of changes needing to be made). If they skip an appointment i make time to listen to their issues that keep them from staying consistant and tey to offer resources. Speakomg of which, thanks for sharing this company, its another resour e i can try and offer up to my patients who struggle. ❤

if ur watching this, some insurances dont require 6 months of therapy for a referral. Medicaid in Colorado for example allows only one consultation with a therapist for a referral and you dont need to be 18. So things are definitely starting to change for trans people, and its a lot easier to start T than it was a few years ago
