#parchutepants #80scommercials #bugleboy
I remember being a kid in the 80's wearing Bugle Boy. That was high end fashion in those days.
Bugle Boy, Jordasche, Panama Jack, British Knights, the list goes on lol. I remember all those.
Parachute pants but, who remembers JAMS! Best swimwear I ever owned. JAMS should definitely come back
First guy was doing the Rerun dance from What's Happening !
Haha 20 bucks for a pair of Bugle Boys. Those were the days. Mervyns was the place to buy Bugle boy back in the day… at least here in Portland. 😅
Don't forget The Squire Shop!
What about Monkey Wards? Did they have those in Oregon?
@@rocknroller77 Yes indeed! Monkey Wards was in Oregon and Washington state. Monkey Wards had Bugle Boys! Remember the Bugle Boy nylon Michael Jackson-like jackets?
Miller's Outpost, now that's a store from back in the day. Awesomeness
My parachute pants and top were from Capezio! The only redeeming aspect of reading Less Than Zero was learning that Parachute was actually a designer brand from the 80s, as a kid I had never known that. I just assumed baggy nylon pants with elastic gathered ankles were like parachute fabric
they are what parchute divers wear. Then became fashion, I had red with black zippers.
i wanted a pair in '83....i was 13....i couldnt bring myself to wearing them....i stuck to the 501's and Nike astro turf look...!
👖👟👟
Lol, same here! Got a pair in 83.
I had a grey & white Chams shirt that I loved and grey parachute pants that I would wear with that shirt.
Wow, I loved the 80's
P.S. I also had those exact pair of Nike that Kyle Reese stole in 'Terminator'. I would complete that outfit with those Nikes.
Too bad your members only jacket doesn't fit anymore
@@Lawrence-lc7pu I weighted 178 in high school. I weight 180 now at 53. I can still where my Members Only jacket, if I knew where it was.
P.S. I had a burgundy one.
I member those Nikes. I think they were called "Vandals."
These were a HIT back then!
1984. I had a Chams blue and white striped shirt made with spandex, black parachute pants with too many zippers to count and white Pony high tops. I lived/live in NJ as well. Top that horror story lol.
Where are they doing this bootleg Soul Train line at?! Lol I don't see any parachute in those pants
I wore a pair of parachute pants in da hood. They put me in the hospital.
Dudes had some moves
Uhhh, excuse me. Are those Bunghole Boy jeans you're wearing? Uhh huh huh huh. That was cool. Huh huh huh.
😂😂😂😂 Were they watching the video for I Can't Dance when they said that? I remember Butthead saying that but can't remember the video.
Um, oh yeah! Heh heh heh m heh heh.
I have quite a few pairs of parachute pants that still fit! 80’s forever!
Do you put from the rough? Just asking…
Houston had a ton of Miller’s Outpost growing up.
There is a good reason that Miller’s Outpost and Bugle Boy aren’t around anymore.
I always wondered why everyone called me gay when I said I shopped there
Those pants were tight! 🤣
Woof! I would follow guy as in those pants just to watch them walk away!
@raymonds6227 ok, we get it you're gay. Congratulations.
I remember me and my brothers git a pair for Christmas in '83. Lol
I REMEMBER SHOPPING AT MILLERS OUTPOST 😂
0:20 Fella in the red pants is wearing that belt solely as an accessory.
Hahaha .... no.
I used to have some bugle boy parachute pants. My father in law called them “bulgey boy”.
That hurt a little.
I miss Bugle Boy.
those prices would be like $500 now.
Oh where can I get some?! Lol
Parachute pants are back in style again. I’ve got a few pairs. 😂😂
Do you get beat up a lot?
That was the only time my dad went to the mall. So we could go into millers outpost so he could buy me high water acid washed pants for elementary school 😁
You admit this?
@@bartmix8994 well obviously 😂
They later became Anchor Blue Clothing Company
$8.97???? These days, you probably couldn't get a _used_ pair of pants from a Goodwill store for that price....
blue or red?
i choose purple
Some sun in and some parachute pants
Sun in and parachute pants
Can still buy jeans for $20
BUGLE BOY PARACHUTE 🪂 PANTS 👖
BUGLE BOY PARACHUTE 🪂 PANTS 👖
I had a pair worked at my fast food job to buy at miller's outpost
Does bugle boy still exist
That looks like Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob Squarepants.
Only $19.97 each! 😂
20$ was a little pricey back then considering air Jordan 1’s in 86 were 65$!!
Had the Jeans..but not the pants...
why they called parachute pants
Disco. Disgo? Dis goes in the trash.
Thank GOD the eighties are over
The 80's are a 44 year long joke
you punks that never understood parachute pants and what we gave to MC Hammer .... now you know!
Isnt that the ambigously gay dou?
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
I swear that first guy in the blue shirt and khaki pants is Tom Kenny.
I think you're right.
Two clowns in Bugle Boys do not represent the 80s.
