Thank you for the video. It is super cool and I learned a lot. There was one time that a street is covered in bushes and I thought it was someone's carport. Luckily was during the exercise. Anyway, I never drive through a right before left if I am in someone's right. In real life, no one ever push the break to give me priority...ever. Hahaha

Regarding right before left, what if we see a vehicle from the right road coming towards the junction, but which will take long time (say, more than 3 or 5 seconds) to reach the junction. Should we still wait at the junction for the vehicle to cross the junction?
I have another difficult situation. There is a road in Spandau, on the test route, that is 50kmph but has right before left on it, would you still switch to first, or just slow down enough (30kmph as it is a very clear road) and turn your head to show awareness?
I failed my first exam because of right before left. I came to an intersection and there was a one way street to my right in which a transporter was standing with warning lights on, loading stuff off from the trunk. I saw this and proceeded to drive by the transporter since he was standing there and the driver wasn't in the car. While passing the intersection, a small motorcycle came out of the one way street and had to break because of me. So i had taken his priority. The thing was, the bike passed the transporter by driving on the sideway and passing it on the right side, so it was hidden behind the transporter up until it drove out on the street. It was a bit annoying to fail because someone else decided to break the rules, but at least I passed on my second attempt :)
I still don't really know what I should have done instead. Maybe the best call would have been to ask the instructor if I should pass before passing the intersection?
I failed with a similar situation where the road was small, dead end road with stone patterns on it. There was also a truck parked near the front and i decided this road has no priority, ignored it totally and failed. I am happy you passed in second attempt. I have a question tho. Should we constantly watch our surroundings, especially junctions from right, at least for a second, even tough we are on the priority road? Because my instructor told me, if you think you have the priority, don't look your right or left, it sends a signal to examiner that you are not sure about rules. This made me some sense in the beginning but also caused me to fail in the exam, as i followed my assumptions and not checked my right.
I recently failed because I exited the Autobahn too slowly, I wasn't too familiar with the place, and I slowed a little bit to find the signs. Maybe this could make a good video :)

Sorry for my very late reply. I asked my own students because of your statement and there is really a lot of need for improvement in the support for the theory test for foreign driving students. I am working on a new teaching tool by combining explanatory videos and the theory questions for learning control. It will be a new kind of theory app and an exciting project. Thanks for cool explanations! Another difficult situation, which always makes me nervous, is turning left or turning around over the tram railway (when there railway is in the middle of the road). Would be cool to see a video about that, though it's a bit too late, my exam is in 2 days 😅 UPD: Of course I had this exact situation on my exam. But I passed!
