Inflation ate the salaries. The latter should be tied to the rate of inflation, and if for example this year inflation is 3%, salaries should be increased by 3% (and this should not even be called a raise) plus the usual salary raise. Otherwise people are working for free ☹

Unions are great but their not doing much good here in Sudbury Ontario with Commissionaires Security Guards, the Truth is that PSAC is a Joke.
