That is a beautiful climate. Winter is coming (October) to my home in NW Minnesota. The temperatures can easily reach -30C and beyond, and it will continue for many months. I am jealous. 😁

I saw bitter gourd tendrils...you guys grow everything there...❤️ We use that plant leaf stick for dishes like adding grated coconut and stir frying them and we also use the bottom part by cooking it by boiling and eating it with chilli chutney and all... it's superb.
