- Eating 3 Eggs A Day Can Change Your Life | Dr. Janine
Dr. Janine shares why eating three eggs a day can change your life. She explains that eggs have protein and healthy fats. The yolk is a good vitamin E source if not cooked until hard. Eggs also contain vitamin B2 for healthy hair, skin, and nails, and choline, which is essential for making acetylcholine. Dr. Janine talks about the myth that eating eggs will raise your cholesterol. She explains how most of your cholesterol is made in your liver. She looks at research that shows a lack of sunlight may also be the reason for high cholesterol. Dr. Janine recommends getting at least 15 minutes of midday sunlight and eating three eggs daily (pasture-raised if possible).

She is really smart❤
Yes 💯👍🏻👍🏻
My husband and I eat 2 eggs every day ~ my favorite recipe is called Chef John's Summer eggs, which we eat on Sundays and Wednesdays. The other days I make the eggs with mushrooms & turmeric added. Thanks for this great video ~ I really like you because you keep your messages short and to the point!! Have a wonderful day! I love you.
I love adding the turmeric. Thanks.
I make her recipe of half cup of orange milk every night. It really works to help me sleep.
She’s says to …..
Add turmeric to very warm milk I use a half cup almond milk and tsp of turmeric and add half tsp cinnamon. Great benefits for skin too👍. Stir real good! I sleep so much better!
Eggcellent advice!
My wife and I have at least 16 per week using different cooking methods.
Use coconut oil, avocados, butter and all the "bad" saturated fats and both on no meds at 70, and show no CVD risk.
And no, luck has nothing to do with it!
Just turn left when the doc says turn right.
yes because Doctors know nothing right John snow?
I always eat 3 eggs a day, love runny eggs .. 🤤
I love eggs cooked over easy or sunny side up. Great info in video.
I like scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. I just can’t take runny yolks. 😊
For about one year I craved egg yolks. Wouldn’t even eat the whites of my over easy eggs. I assume my body knew I needed the specific nutrion found in the yolks. Pretty cool!
My favorite way to cook/eat eggs….. over easy!
3 pasture raised eggs over easy or soft boiled. Add powdered garlic, cayenne pepper, and kimchi. Mix well.
Thank you for being direct to the point and sharing concise information! The shorter the video the better for all of us.
Thank You So Much Dr.Janine ! Eggcellent!!!
Thankyou for all your videos !
Sunnyside for me Doc.Thanks for the information.
I like them fried over easy with thin slice cheese on top. Then sprinkle turmeric, sea salt & pepper. Occ put 2 eggs on 1 slice of low carb toast.
Also like scrambled with red pepper, red onion & cheese.
Thank you for taking only 2 minutes to say what took one hour for most people to discuss !
Thank you sooo much!!!
You are adorable! Thank you for sharing the knowledge God has gifted you with.
I love over medium and scrambled eggs cooked in a big slab of grass fed butter!
It’s really hard to take a doctor seriously, when they say that our main fuel source for our body is going to raise our cholesterol……
I took what she said differently. Did I misunderstand her meaning?
Thank you for this great advice! My favorite style of eggs are scrambled....
Appreciate your health tips 🎉
Yes, always!
Even though the doctors told me not to eat egg yolk for my elevated cholesterol, I never gave up on eggs! I love the way egg taste 😂❤
Thank you Dr
Wow, lots of info in such a short time. You are the bomb
I love my eggs over easy over avocado toast and arugula. Great video thank you
❤thank you
Yes, soft boiled or most often cooked with a runny yolk sunny side up with a strip of cheese, or over easy (just a simple flip)
In mixing it up lately, I’ve been making a big bowl of egg salad with avocado mayo, mustard and pickles. So good.
Sous vide. 75C, 13 minutes. Quick dip in iced water to stop the cooking.
BEST 'poached' eggs ever!
Poached are my fav.
Great tips
Eggs, Source of Vitamin E, Choline! Good Information DR J9😊😇🚭♀️🌞🌎🌐🏡🥰🛡️

I like scrambled eggs or sunny side up I like to let the yolks cook a little bit so they are not so runny and of course hot sauce and some cinnamon raisin bread
Happy New Year! I love eggs any way!
I’m going to start eating 3 at a time tho👍
I love your videos and I lear so much! Thank you!
Could you please do a video on the benefits on Castor oil? A lot is being said about that and I’d like to know the myths and the truth about how it helps you in and out. Thanks Dr. Janine
Scrambled or soft cook eggs.
Ok if we have atherosclerosis?
so glad you are using orange yolk eggs. (smile) non soy and corn I hope.
Over easy eggs my fave but scrambled a close second (in case the yoke breaks) 😁👍
Hi Janine!
Nothing better than a soft boiled egg served in an egg cup, top shell cracked and peeled back with some S and P and served with whole grain toast.
Mmmmm
Mmmmmm
Sooo delicious and nutritious.....
Its the perfect food in my opinion.
Thanks
Marty ( from the Thunas era🙂)
Good to see you...
How much V E in winter, should we take in Canada?
Over easy, is, (for me), the best.
What about cholesterol patients Dr?
I’ve been eating 3 eggs per day but currently you stopped to see if it helps my acne. I also started your parasite cleanse and will detox after I bought it all! And fiber. It’s already clearing my skin! Wonder if I can add eggs back in after? I’m not sure if it was adding to my acne or not. I would eat 3 eggs per day this is now 2 weeks without doing it (for skin purposes)
I have eaten three or four eggs a almost every day since my quintuple bypass nine years ago. I almost always eat my yolks raw in a smoothie like Emma Moreno.
Eggs are pasteurized in the United States and are safely eaten raw.
Thank you so much, I like my eggs soft and poached. I love eggs.
Most everyone we knew, neighbors, family, friends ate eggs, toast and half a grapefruit or fruit and milk every morning growing up. It was known to get our vit b's, d's & c's in.
Most grandmothers made their own breads with duck eggs & yeast.
Healthy. Choose non gmo and organic if you can.
What if eggs cause food acne on the chin area? Do they interfere with the balance of the hormones? Do eggs release free fatty acids from the skin causing pimples?
Do eggs increase unnecessary heat in the body and if they do then how much heat one will have to bear if they eat 3 eggs every day?
I have almost always gotten acne in the chin area after eating eggs within an hour's time!
What can I do to not let my body react this way to eggs?
Vince Gironda special protein smoothie, 12 raw eggs, 1 cup of half and half or whole milk organic, 1 frozen banana or cup of frozen fruit, 1 scoop of protein powder. The Vince Gironda 36 egg a day diet
So fried is better than hard boiled?
I do like fried eggs.
I love frequent omelettes with veggies and cheese, but occasional hard boiled with butter on sliced halves
Ohhh, with butter on boiled eggs..have to try that!
@Dr. Janine Bowring but i am concerned about thyroidectomy patients like me as they have already high cholesterol. Please give any suggestions.
I love your videos. They r so informative.
Thanku ❤ and god bless you and your whole team❤🎉
The answer is in the clip.
What about if the eggs are scrambled?
I live in Ireland, the Sun does not shine here in January or most other times of the year.
I only like eggs scrambled, do I still get the same advantages? I can’t stand runny eggs.
Dr Janine, I love you!!!! You are the best!!!!! I LOOK At all your shorts cuts!!! MIKE AT 71 YOUNG!!!!😍
What is a naturopathic doctor?
Food sources can and definitely do raise your cholesterol. I learned this from experience.
I have a 2 egg fritata with cheese, tomato and green pepper every day for lunch. 😊
Just had blood work done & they said my cholesterol was high. Never has been before. I was eating 3-4 eggs a day. Went down to 2. Don't know why it's high since I'm eating Healthy Keto & IF for last year.
Are you getting enough sunlight? Dr. Eric Berg speaks about this connection ~ check him out! Have a great day!
It's high because of the Keto diet and excessive egg intake. Use your brains!
excessive egg intake does not increase cholesteral, many studies have found ~ eggs are the most complete protein of sny food@@sandrafrancis3631
If you don't have a high calcification score for your coronary arteries then don't even worry about your cholesterol reading... Or even welcome a high one cos you usually live longer ❗
I like poached and soft boiled eggs. Fried in butter or bacon grease over easy, comes in second. Have eaten them raw blended in to coffee with heavy cream, and a bit of xylitol.
So no scrambled???
I love my 3 eggs per day over easy..
Eggs Cause prostate issues ?

I like my eggs scrumptious soft!!👍🏿
I love eggs!
I only eat pasture or free-range eggs. No cereal.
But do they need to be organic or what as most chicken are given hormonal injection which can be harmful for our hormones
I love eggs. And im always hanging out with the sun we are best friends. I catch me a tan while born tan.
I'm more concerned about being a redhead and expose myself to the sun 15mnt a day! That is crazy 15mmt is already away to much for me, especially that I'm 40years old and my forarms feel like burning when I'm in the sun so....
boiled eggs is the best for me.
3 egg omelette everyday with peppers and onions
I like my eggs sunny side up.
Over easy!
Eat two fried eggs every day. Use a tablespoon of butter or lard. Your heart will pump like it belongs to a Roman Warrior.❤

Don't throw away those eggshells! Each eggshell has about 340 mg of calcium. Boil them for 30 minutes and eat them.
My favourite style of eggs is unfertilized.
Who are you really speaking too 😮
It’s not the cholesterol, it’s the inflammation.
Indeed
Saturated fat does not clog the arteries: coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory condition, the risk of which can be effectively reduced from healthy lifestyle interventions
- Dr Aseem Malhotra et al

I am going to need ENTIRE BOOKS full of well-executed studies to believe that animal products don't raise your cholesterol.
Saturated fat does not clog the arteries: coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory condition, the risk of which can be effectively reduced from healthy lifestyle interventions

Animal fats raises cholesterol, but it's not bad for heart. In fact, saturated fats are good for overall health
For some reason when I eat three eggs at once I get the squirts in about three or four hours.
❤🌹👌👍🙏
Eating three eggs a day can have both positive and negative effects on your health, depending on various factors such as your overall diet, lifestyle, and individual health status. Here are some potential impacts of consuming three eggs a day:
1. **Nutrient-Rich**: Eggs are a nutrient-dense food, containing high-quality protein, vitamins (such as B vitamins), minerals (like selenium and phosphorus), and antioxidants. Eating eggs can provide essential nutrients that support overall health.
2. **Cholesterol**: Eggs are high in dietary cholesterol, and consuming three eggs a day may contribute to increased cholesterol levels in some individuals. While dietary cholesterol doesn't affect everyone's blood cholesterol levels, people with certain health conditions or genetic predispositions may need to monitor their intake.
3. **Protein Intake**: Eggs are a good source of protein, and consuming three eggs a day can help you meet your daily protein needs. Protein is essential for muscle repair, growth, and overall body function.
4. **Weight Management**: Eggs are satiating, which means they can help you feel full and satisfied. This can potentially aid in weight management by reducing overall calorie intake.
5. **Healthy Fats**: Eggs contain healthy fats, including unsaturated fats like omega-3 fatty acids. These fats are beneficial for heart health and can help reduce inflammation in the body.
6. **Allergies**: Some individuals may have allergies to eggs, so consuming three eggs a day could lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
It's important to consider your overall dietary pattern and health goals when including eggs in your daily diet. While eggs can be a nutritious part of a balanced diet for many people, it's essential to be mindful of portion sizes and to consider individual health factors when deciding on the appropriate amount to consume each day.
If you have concerns about your diet or cholesterol levels, it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider or a registered dietitian for personalized advice tailored to your specific health needs.
today I ate 7 hard boiled eggs and ate them as "deviled" eggs ... mmmmmmmmm
I just can't do eggs every day. Maybe once a week, but every day just isn't happening. I tried eating eggs every day once, and by day six I was literally gagging just the smell of them cooking. No amount of sauce can make that nasty taste go away. No, it's not how I'm making them either, because eggs cooked at restaurants make me feel the same way. It's sad too, because I want the benefits of what they offer.
Here is a little bit of misinformation. If your cholesterol is low eggs will make it higher but if your cholesterol is high it doesn’t,but cholesterol is a crucial factor in heart disease
You're quite right!👍
Insulin resistance and/or systemic inflammation contributes to heart disease; not cholesterol levels
Search the web for *Saturated fat does not clog the arteries: coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory condition, the risk of which can be effectively reduced from healthy lifestyle interventions*
It's a paper published in the British journal of sports medicine by Dr Aseem Malhotra, an award winning British cardiologist
Triglycerides gets increased if HbA1c is high because excess carbs get converted to triglycerides. Greater intake of saturated fat was associated with less progression of atherosclerosis whereas carbohydrate and polyunsaturated fat intake were associated with greater progression.
Over easy
🐐
👏👏👏👍
Sunny sign up 🍳
Who can eat 3 eggs a day EVERYDAY ??? !!! Who can sunbathe 15 min a day EVERYDAY ??? !!!
Who would want to eat 3 eggs a day!? It's not true that they are the only good source of vit E, so what else is she getting wrong? Scientific studies show that high cholesterol raises risk of heart disease, eggs are high in cholesterol, they also raise something else called Apo B, which also causes heart disease! Eggs in moderation, a few a week, and high quality eggs from chickens that are free range and eat a natural diet for chickens!
Who would want to? Eggs aren't only good source of vit E, so what else is she getting wrong? Eggs produce something called Apo B which causes heart disease. Eggs in moderation from free range chickens who eat natural diet for a chicken! A few a week, is okay. Plus it's true if your cholesterol is low, Eggs will raise it, if cholesterol is high Eggs won't make it higher, but it is a risk for heart disease.
