Condensation House - Hot Humid Climate

This is an educational video in the building enclosure field.

It shows an investigation of the typical South Florida house, that has suffered from typical condensation problems for over two decades. It was chosen due to good documentation, and excellent presentation. Since the case is very typical, the investigation is light on measurements.
1. In the first part, approximately half an hour is taken touring the house, and interviewing the owner. 2. The second part, the shortest, summarizes the observations.
3. The third part, lasting approximately five minutes, contains the conclusions and recommendations.
We plan to shoot a follow up, showing the repairs and results.
