Slew Rate Explanation - Your launch RPM is generally significantly lower than your normal rev limiter, the slew rate sets how quickly the ECU will raise from the launch RPM limit up to your normal RPM limit (effectively it gives you a progressive time based RPM limiter for the launch). its based on RPM per second so say your launch RPM limit was 5000 and your normal Rev limiter was 8,000 RPM then a slew rate of 1000 would give you a progressive rev limiter for the first 3 seconds after launch.
in the example below it works out to be 3 seconds because the normal limiter is 8000, and 8000 - 5000(launch) = 3000 RPM (so the "window" between the launch RPM limiter and the normal RPM limiter is 3000), so with the slew rate set to 1000 RPM per second the new effective rev limiter moves progressively up from 5000 to 8000 at a rate of 1000RPM per second, it therefore takes 3 seconds. So the higher the slew rate the quicker the rev limiter will raise.
you did not finish talking about the slew rate. Can you explain that part briefly please? I ran these settings in my car and it works the same like the car you guys have. I love antilag launch control Great video! anyways let me know what you say thanks
Yes, Im very clear that this is 2-step... but If possible I would like more detail on setting "rally Style, anti lag".... that is what Im messing up... I have done that before on Link G4 but Im confused on PS1000...
so youlike "rally style" antilag launch control? somehow my tuner set me the rally style antilag launch (where it pops all over places) and somehow i like the normal 2step sound...im not sure but i think both basicaly the same its just the rally style pops flame and sound randomly not in a sequence like in a normal 2 step...i dont know if you understand what im saying...my english kinda bad..lol
hi there. great informative vids :) thank you for posting them. i have a question. the software used for say the sprint 500 and the platinum sport 2000. what are the differences between the two software wise? or does the haltech software cover all bases?
Also for some reason cutting spark on this NA pajero wasnt good as revs oscillated a lot, while choosing fuel cut kept rpms very still and the desired rpms.
So my question is when when it is setup as an ignition cut and you start cutting cylinders 1000 rpms before the target launch rpm at which point you have a 100% ignition cut does this not have an adverse affect on the whole concept of anti-lag? I was under the impression that the whole idea is you want additional fuel really late via a regarded ignition charge. How does this happen if there is no ignition charge as the lack of charge is what is holding the RPM down. It just seems like conflicting factors.
haltechecu I want to enable this on my supra running P2000, do i need to connect a wire or anything else apart from what is being mentioned in this video??
dude.. im have daihatsu mira l200s.. i like to installed haltech but i dont know which haltech's model suitable to mira l200s. can u give me some advise which is suitable haltech to plug in
We have a chart showing what features are available on what ECUs - you can download it here (it's on pages 8-11): www.haltech.com/wp-content/uploads/downloads/2019_HaltechCatalogue.pdf
I put the same setup and works but i cant build to much boost, even if i change the ignition timing i just reach 2-3 psi of boost and i need to build at least 10-12psi... Do you have some online support or online tuning, if you have please let me know.
Guys, can i ignore road speed value and just zero it? I need to activate the launch control based on TPS condition only by wiring a avi input button, awaiting your reply
Hi, can someone quickly please help me? I have tried to set anti-lag launch control to my 05 Subaru STI (I have a Haltech PS2000 ECU) without wiring anything. I got it to work by setting the AVI On Voltage to 2,50V and Off Voltage to 4,00V. Problem is that it doesn't turn launch control off (max. speed set to 5km/h), it hits the launch limiter even on highway speeds. What I must do? Thanks!
teemuvayrynen I don't know if you have you answer already or changed your car, but you can have a interruptor to turn Anti-Lag on/off, don't ask me how to install it I just know that cars with anti-lag have those
nice video!! i have a question can everyone program his own car or i must go to a specialist? because some basic stuff like 2 step you sawed is like 5 minutes for me

Just wanted to point, you've got a car on your turbo.
Hi, do you have a tutorial on setting up rally antilag and rotational idle? Thanks

sounds awesome. Im very happy with my platinum..great ecu

Instructions followed to a T. C4 corvette does not 2step. Input same settings other than 500rpm cut before desired rpm. Blows right past set rpm
This program works on the line vag, audi, vw
Could you provide same explanation on the Rally Style Anti-lag setup?, that is getting me a hard time...
Alex Maroto this ain't And do you like I'm sorry this is a two-step want to go fuel cut

Alex Maroto like the one that works kinda like a jet engine with a combuster can? I'd like to that to but how do you get it to play well with the ecu?

i like that flag in the side of the panel... always representing
Thanks matt from haltech!
Awesome!
your rpms will rev up fast and decelerate just before end rpm and then start cutting... did a lot of testing on a mitsu pajero.

unburn fuel goes into turbo. ignites , then spools the turbo up on the spot
thanks for the right ear intro LOl
I want to learn Tuning By Laptop Can you tell and help me Please ?
haltechecu I want to enable this on my supra running P2000, do i need to connect a wire or anything else apart from what is being mentioned in this video??
Because there must be some fuel to ignite to pressurise the engine..
dude.. im have daihatsu mira l200s.. i like to installed haltech but i dont know which haltech's model suitable to mira l200s. can u give me some advise which is suitable haltech to plug in
What product do I need to purchase to do all this?

do you have a how to install set up for rotational idle ?
I don't get why would you cut cylinders off would you lose more power
hi i wan to usk if haltec can do maps over seas ?? if i post file ... map
+Adrian ADOR Email your engine make and model to support@haltech.com and we will send you a basemap.
What happened to " we will talk about the SLEW RATE a little bit later " ??

AAAND of course you demonstrate anti-lag without actually showing a boost gauge?
Does the R32 plug & play have this feature?
Does the sprint 500 have this
Can you set up the elite 750 to have 2setp? Anyone done it before?
Guys, can i ignore road speed value and just zero it? I need to activate the launch control based on TPS condition only by wiring a avi input button, awaiting your reply
Hey! That sounds like a question for our Tech Support team. You can contact them via www.haltech.com/contact-us
They'll be more than happy to help.
hi do you have any ecu for sr20ve?
what fuel ratio did you use? 15:1 ?
Persian Pride you want rich not lean
can be do it on sprint 500 ?
Hye, anyone know how to have anti lag and launch control for haltech sprint 500

Can i make anti lag with a
stock turbo?
Ian Riccinel Tubon Yes. Any turbo can be used (though it will get quite hot, so ceramic exhaust wheels are not ideal)
If you want to see if your Haltech ECU has this function - watch this video:

good
wheres the fire!!?
Harley Parayno it needs more retarded minus degree so that the spark fires when the exhaust valve 50+% opened so more balls of fire can exit.Cheers
@@jessjess3369 what value do you recon?
chek out the Puerto Rico flag on the car ....PR#1
