We're going to meet in the most pointless of World Cup games! Croatia deserved the win, they changed formation and overloaded wings... we were pinned back and doomed to long ball lol. GS couldn't see what I could... lol. Croatia played 3-3-4 (yes 4 attackers) with a high press second half. Worked so well!
England was defending 0-1 , and they forget too make a second goal. It's always a risk playing like this. Did you now Perisic played before @ Club Brugge ;) I hope Croatia win the World Cup.
Sure thing dude, not a fan really of that as my wingers are usually really important going forward - ideally need good ACM's who have high lob pass and dribble stats - probably Man City :) expect it to come in the next few days :)
Stonem of Mars very useful for when defending a lead and hitting a team on the counter, it’s a good way to still have attacking outlets when setting up a team with a defensive mindset. Your strikers find acres of space out wide. Problem then being though, you now have a player on the ball out wide that isn’t the greatest passer and you’ll have to work hard to get the ball to anyone (generally wingers or wide mids) making more central runs. Also useful for changing the flow of a game without going into the pause menu. I usually have this tactic ready to go but inactive in my advanced tactics, only use it 10-15 mins at a time when I need to change tack because the game is going nowhere and the opposition has adapted to my style, then revert back to what I was doing - or as I said earlier to finish off a game I have a narrow lead in and the opposition is coming hard at me. Definitely not good if you like a possession slow build up style of play though.
