I’m a collector too. I have started going after gameboy and gameboy color games. Mainly ones I had as a kid and somehow lost when I moved as a young adult. If you have a passion for something and enjoy it and like the man says it’s not hurting you or anything else then who cares what others may think. Will I go for a complete collection of gameboy games? Probably not. I just want to collect the games that I know I will pick up and play from time to time. Great video my man! Keep up the good work. I would love to see you complete your nes collection. Best of luck
Oh man, battle beasts were awesome! Love your mighty max collection as well! I believe as long as you're really enjoying collecting then by all means go for it! Be happy, collecting action figures, transformers and vintage toys makes me happy and so does retro gaming and getting games for the systems I'm collecting for and I'm really enjoying all of it. Hope we get to meet at a convention someday buddy
Nice watching you progress, and listening to how you got into it, with the memories, and the reasons for continuing. Sounds a lot like why I got so heavily into it, too. Yeah, you could drop $3000 on some hockey tickets, and that experience is fleeting and limited. Samson might cost you $3000 "for a Nintendo game". The nice thing is, you can check it off your bigger goal, play it until you are sick of it, and if one day you want to move it, you'll likely get back most or all of that $3000. So yeah, collecting these can be expensive, but it's not like the money involved is poof, gone, like those hockey tickets. Personally, I've always preferred getting a physical or collectible trinket for my money, rather than that "consumable" experience with something like sports tickets. With the added bonus of reselling if I want to.
Here for this!
Great video buddy!
